Complete customer satisfaction (Judith &lucinda)
This is the second time that I have used commercial trust to purchase a Btl property namely after using (Judith Hoggard) the first time . Both my advisors were Judith and Lucinda. Judith was incredibly efficient in finding me the most suitable Mortage which best matched my needs. Throughout the process Lucinda shown true leadership skills by ensuring that the solicioters and the estate agents were doing what they were supposed to be doing ,within the expected time scales. Lucinda kept me regularly updated and was always on hand to answer any queries or concerns I had . Both my solicioters and the estate agents commented on Lucinda’s professionalism and efficiency on several occasions. I am immensely greatfull to both Lucinda and Judith for all their help and support they have given , and I will definitely be using commercial trust again because of this. Thank you Lucinda and Judith you have both been amazing and you are both a credit to your company for the high level of customer satisfaction I have received. I hope this get noticed by your superiors as you both have really done a fantastic job . Well done. 😊

Fantastic service. I dealt with Peter Whitlam and he helped me beyond the call of duty. I was not only a first time buyer, but also purchasing a buy to let under auction conditions with a mortgage !. This required a very quick turnaround which was achieved. Peter went through everything in detail with me as I wanted to start a portfolio. Contacted Commercial Trust and spoke to Ross Walker. He was brilliant and said he could get a few good products for my remortgage. The whole process was really straightforward and no hidden extras. Ross knew the range of very competitive mortgages really well and stayed in touch the whole time until we completed. His colleague was fantastic chasing everything daily and it was really easy to upload documents on line. Premier Property Lawyers were really effective, efficient and incredibly competitive on price! Will definitely use their services again.

From the first call to Commercial Trust to enquire about a re-mortgage of a buy-to-let property to the successful conclusion of 2 re-mortgages, this has been the best experience in all the years we have been in involved in mortgages and re-mortgages for our buy to let properties. Fantastic! Robbie Clarke and Claire revel from admin have been extremely helpful.the whole process from start to finish has been very smooth. Both Robbie and Claire were very supportive, clear and updront with everything. Highly recommend.
