As goods came from EU, took longer than if UK seller. Also, there was a small charge added (less than £1) for the exchange rate between GB£ and Euros.

For anyone unable to purchase Miebo in the states, this place sells the Evo tears, which is the equivalent. Yes, there is a shipping fee, but worth it.

Very good product and delivery
I was hesitant with my first order, but pleasantly surprised.
I had to order a product, that I couldn't get here in the UK. It arrived before the expected delivery time and real fast considering it comes from Portugal.
The product was very good quality and I had no hesitation to order it again after I run out.

Good prices but never again.
Good prices for some select products. Disastrous delivery process. Staff is totally lost if and when a package gets lost. They are clueless. Offer no help, no remboursement, no remplacement. My delivery was weeks lost ... Pure coincidence and my perseverance helped to locate the package.

We have verified that your order was sent for collection to a DPD (Distribution Point), a point that was communicated to you by the logistics operator and by us as soon as we became aware of it.
Since the first contact, we have maintained dialogue with all parties involved. The logistics operator has repeatedly confirmed the presence of the order at the point and finally indicated that the customer ended up collecting it.
The order was never lost. It was only waiting to be collected.

Cosmetic2go was able to supply me with a particular product that was unavailable even from the company who makes it. That was a real bonus.

My only problem was with the delivery system per say:
It seems that the FedEx charges included in the price of my order were not final, as I was charged an additional $20.00 for local delivery in Canada!
