I would highly recommend cosy carpets
They was very reasonable on the price and the 2 fitters who did the carpets where extremely friendly and cleaned up at the end

Not having to visit the showroom is a great idea. Phoned on the Saturday and received a call back same day, appt arranged for the following week for the home visit and 5 days later carpet was fitted. Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. No upselling at all, quoted me for exactly what I asked for. Would completely recommend

This is our go-to company for carpets now (after using a Bury St Edmunds based company for a year or so, but the fitter was very unfriendly and negative). All the people who work at Cosy Carpets are friendly and efficient, their pricing is competitive and the fitters are excellent.

Arrived at the showroom and was left to look round ourselves, no sales staff in our ears, then when we were ready, the lovely lady took down our details gave us a rough quote and booked in for someone to come and measure.
They arrived on time and were very friendly. Quote given there and then and a date booked for fitting

Very helpful and informative support from the staff at the showroom followed up by an excellent fitting job carried out by Rich Hopson. The new carpet is excellent and we now feel like starting on the rest of the house! I would definitely recommend this team for your next carpet.

A well laid out shop display and a good selection of carpets, helpful and friendly staff made making a decision easier with no pressure. Measuring and fitting carried out as arranged on time. Fitter was neat and tidy and fitted carpet well .
