The cover was a complex fit
The cover was a complex fit for an outdoor kitchen. It required several exchanges of information until we had it correct. The design team was outstanding. No production commenced before we agreed on the design. When the cover arrived, I wondered if it would actually fit. Well it did fit like a glove. I could not be more pleased. There was no cost increase from the first quote. Due to the complexity, I expected one.

Custom tarp came a little late. I thought it was made in Canada but unfortunately it's overseas. Still great quality. Staff made sure to question my design to make sure we got it right before it was shipped!

I made a frame to fit in an opening to…
I made a frame to fit in an opening to attach tarp to, and it's square as square can be. Ordered 2 tarps. Small one was close but not square. Second one was way out of square and 2" too long. Had to cut off edge with grommets and seam. Finnally got it to fit. You advertise as a Canadian company but product comes from overseas. Not cool. Not happy at all.

The cover fits very well
The cover fits very well. I don’t feel like got good advice in being encouraged to get the two inflatable pillows. They are not large enough on their own and with only two of them there’s not sufficient quantity to prevent pooling. I’m also unclear how to inflate them.

VERY HIGH QUALITY & WELL DESIGNED COVER!
I enjoyed the easy-to-understand ordering and design process, and I experienced excellent communication from the design department, which offered some fantastic design suggestions throughout my experience. They even included an airbag to prevent sagging, which I never would have considered.

I really like the car cover, however I am disappointed in the promotion of your cover. Website states Canadian goods when in fact it was made in India.
