The bags were perfect for storing my outdoor cushions!! Came quickly. Order process was easy.

Arrived in time and good quality of product.

The pricing is very high and I hope the quality and wear stands up as expected. Delivery was fast and the fit was very good. We only did 2 chairs and will consider re-order if all goes well.

I thought the company was from Canada, but it is a US company that gets their product made in India.
The birdbath cover was made exact to my measurements. The workmanship and quality of the cover are fantastic. It arrived earlier than anticipated.
Fits perfectly. I will definitely use this company again.
Only drawback was not Canadian.

Horrible in the description it says you could customise writing on the item but it does not say it has to be a certain size now I have a saggy cover because I already paid for the writing the company would not give me any type of compensation or sale to reflect the professionalism. Absolutely horrid.

Your on line order system is easy to navigate, in my rush to order I messed up a measurement but was able to get it sorted out quickly with a phone call. I attempted to order through another company but I’m still waiting for them to even get back to me after I sent them an email and called. I gave up and ordered through this company and have already received my order and the other company I still haven’t heard back from after 6 weeks. Unbelievable! PS my covers fit perfectly and I’m very happy with them!! Cheers

The process of ordering was easy. The quality of the material was great. The sewing and stitching was also very good. The zippers seem to be of good quality. The only thing is the sides are a little big for our 24x24 cushions.

Thanks for your quick response and offer to correct. I wonder if three new cross bars for the 54”-60” wide unit might be a quick fix? That would narrow the attachment points as per my original order.

Despite whatever negative review on other sites, I had a very good experience. The design approvals were professional and the 2 covers I ordered came the perfect size. One of the tables was oval and it came just right. Happy with the product and experience. Our furniture and backyard is very high end, this product matches well.

Placed my order online - paid extra for their Accuracy Insurance and input size/quality options and pool deck option for anchor hardware they supply - Concrete, Wood or Grass. Our deck is laid Unistone blocks - chose concrete being closest option but noted they say need 3-4 inches and blocks are only 2" thick. Cover arrived promptly and it was exactly what I ordered - perfect - except my installer advised the 1-5/8"x3/4" brass anchors they supplied would likely crack the blocks under tension. So I contacted their Helpline - was told to send photos to sales - they eventually passed it on to Resolution specialist "Scott Gun" - he offered unnecessarily to replace the cover but had no solution for the anchors. I asked him to find out if their grass anchors would work - what size are they, what material - he had no info. In the end I suggested they ship them to me anyway - he quoted addition cost of $106.88 - which I agreed to - he said he needed 24-48 hours to confirm with production team if they could send them - that was three days ago and no further response!! The cover is on the pool, secured temporarily by water & sand bags. All this to & froing has taken over a month and we now expect first snow on the weekend.
Their CustSat people are always polite and try to be helpful but seem to be poorly trained to handle any out of the ordinary issues.
Everything and everybody to do with this Company seems to be located in India!!

Follow up to this I received email from Brand Associate Rutvik that the Grass anchors are in fact 18”long and 1” steel spirals that won’t work either. So I’m forced to look at sourcing something myself elsewhere - wasted a month trying to get info that should have been on their website .. or from their HelpChat or CustSat team. Very frustrating.

Final Update - Rutvik emailed again, unprompted, to offer $106 towards my extra costs and thanking me for suggesting updating their website information re their anchor systems and installation instructions. The cover they supplied was perfect, they just fell down in the tech support side. Maybe they deserve an extra half star 💫 for Rutvik’s contribution to the transaction.

The product seems to be of good quality. I ordered the highest rated material, and anything lower wouldn't have been durable enough. The advertised 2 inch extra leeway in size was not applied to my order. I am hoping that this will not cause any premature rips as it fits to exact size.

The tarps are just what I was looking for to extend the use of my deck and gazebo into the cold season. The clear panels let in the right amount of light. I got the solid part in grey and there is no weird light effect inside(not a dark green or blue as regular tarps would produce). My only recommendation would be to have an option for the grommets to be changed to twist lock style for easier hanging. Since a twist lock requires an oval shaped grommet, this should be done during manufacture. Otherwise I love the product

I .sent you pictures and all the measurements of the tarps I was wanting the tarps are the correct size but I webbing I asked for wasn’t installed I asking for 6 inch on the top and bottom and you supplied the standard 1 1/2. A friend ordered his tarps with the top and bottom webbing is -12 inches what went wrong with my order the product is great but it was hard communicating with them

The BBQ cover i ordered through the design team did not fit. It has taken coversandall well over a month and they still have not made or shipped my new cover. They send emails 1 per week asking for more information each time, delaying the priocess. Kevin Rogers has been absolutely terrible to deal with. I have now requested a full refund as this is such a hassle trying to get a replacemanet cover and the terrible customer service I have received.

Very good quality product at a competitive price. Delivery was on schedule as promised.
