Almost perfect – a bit too big.
I ordered a set of room divider curtains to segregate my workshop from our storage room. They are exactly what is needed for this purpose and are almost perfect. The only issue is that they came 2 inches wider than I approved in the design. Somewhere on the website, it indicates that they generally size their product slightly larger than the order which I found difficult to consider when confirming the design. Had I ordered curtains that were 2 inches narrower than I needed to account for the overage,and then they came as ordered, they would have been too small for the opening. As it stands, they work great, except they are slightly too large for the opening and therefore the Velcro attachments can’t be perfectly lined up. Better than too small. And… they came a week earlier than promised, which was great.

It fitted perfectly
It fitted perfectly. My only disappointment was that I thought the tie downs would be different from what they actually are, and would allow me to tie them to the bottoms of some of my chairs to keep the cover taut when it’s raining or snowing. Doesn’t seem like I can.

Defective product
Defective product - issue still not resolved after 2 weeks. Our customer sail ordered early August arrived with a 7-8” defect in the weave - looks like a snag.
Two weeks later and I am still trying to get money back to order new sail. They offered me a $125 credit on a 450+ sail
I am not impressed product was shipped with this defect. I am also not impressed that it is 2+ weeks later and still not resolved. Takes them ages to get back to you

Exceptional Customer service, great quality
From the moment I placed the order from the covers I received excellent communication from the company to make sure that the measurements I provided were correct. They sent me photos with measurements to let me know how the finished product would look. And when I asked about doing a bit of a different dimension for one of the covers because it was covering a pizza oven and not something just straight across, they made the modifications to ensure a snug fit. I received the covers a few weeks after my order was finalized. They fit perfectly, and since then it has rained quite hard outside and everything stayed dry. Highly recommend this company because of the customer service and quality of the craftsmanship.

Ordering online was somewhat easy to do, and shipping was quite efficient, given that it only took about 8 days from custom order to delivery. I would have preferred for the material to have been a little heavier, but did not see this quality as a choice when ordering

Helpful support, but confusing measuring process and average quality
The measuring and communication process was complicated, with too many different channels (email, chat, phone). This created confusion and delays. I was also disappointed with the final product quality; the fabric feels basic, stitching is not perfect, and no installation guide was included. In addition, it is not clear whether the product is truly made in Canada, which was one of my goals when choosing your site.
To improve: provide a clearer measuring guide, streamline communications, include installation instructions, improve material and finish quality, and be transparent about the product’s origin.

Company did not have the same fabric…
Company did not have the same fabric than my previous order shortly before, which resulted in mismatched cushions. It is very surprising that they would discontinue fabric so quickly, this defeats the purpose of buying custom-made exterior furniture covers.
