I did not receive my order , they have taken no notice whatsoever so £22 down the drain .

If I could Give ZERO I would.. they sent me a regular lipliner named LANGMANNI…wrong color and 100% NOT transferproof.. they have refused to return my money… what a Scam !!!

Sent me a different item to the one ordered, only 20% refund available.
Item sent is less than £1 on Amazon.
Is 100% not smudge or waterproof.

Received incorrect colour
Received incorrect colour. I ordered pink, received a dark coral. Company refused to send me correct colour despite acknowledging their error. Luckily I always pay with PayPal, so got a full refund. The company are fraudsters. Cheap products

I would give it no stars if I could. Took 5 weeks to arrive and then wrong colours. But of course you have to open the packaging to discover this so then you can’t return, absolute scammers. AVOID,

Scam product!
Very disappointing product. It took weeks to get to me. Received a completely different product - not what was advertised! Lip liner is cheap and very hard so difficult to apply. The name on the lip pen is not even Covher! Name on pen is Landman’s?? I would recommend that you don’t waste your money. It’s a scam as you can buy better product in Boots!

Lip Liner looked amazing when…
Lip Liner looked amazing when advertised promises not to budge and come in various shades.
Firstly took 17 days to come
Then when did come had different name on packaging "langmanni" and on lipliner itself
? Made in China not as big as advertised either.
colours looked the same.
When i challenged them they said this was the supplier ?
