Communication borderline harrassment
Very hungry for business. Multiple calls, texts and emails after I told them that I was busy and would get back to them. The final straw was a rude text telling me I should return their calls, when I replied and said they didn't need to ring so many times per day the CCA person text back 'it wasn't me, maybe it's one of your creditors'. UNACCEPTABLE. Totally unprofessional and in my mind, lacking in sensitivity. As such I will not be continuing to explore using their services.

It’s hard to accept that you’ve let your finances spiral out of control even if it is beyond your control. In early September 2020, I approached Credit Counsellors for a personal loan to consolidate my credit cards. I spoke with your officer, Memphis Fitzgerald. At all times I found Miss Fitzgerald to be polite, well mannered, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Miss Fitzgerald was accommodating and supportive in my needs and had a clear understanding of her work responsibilities and requirements. She has provided excellent customer service delivery every time I needed to talk with her. I found her to be extremely diplomatic and courteous at all times.
The second officer I had contact with on a regular basis was Matthew Shepherd. Similarly, I also found Mr Shepherd , polite , well mannered, courteous and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about his job and provided excellent customer service delivery and made me feel at ease in this difficult situation.
I believe that your company should be extremely proud of Memphis Fitzgerald and Matthew Shepherd for their extremely high standards they have displayed in helping me to achieve customer satisfaction and I recommend that both officers be nominated as your employees of the year and be paid a company bonus in recognition of their extremely excellent performances .
I sincerely appreciate and thank you for all your assistance and have no hesitation in discussing their staff reviews in detail if further desired.
