I was not told from t he start that doing this would make me worse off with there fees and then become bankruptcy
No one speaks to you on the phone its all emails.
this has made more stressed and now worse off than i was before

I'm very much excited to get my debts dealt with. Never new how much debt I was in until my rent went up & realised I couldn't afford paying off everything I owe to lenders & monthly bills. Chris K can't thank you enough for helping me & my partner through our times of struggle, also taking the time to give us a better understanding on how it all works. It's only up from here & I never wanna go through that struggle again. For anyone thats on the fence about this, give them a try. I had initially made my first query earlier in the year and due to unforeseen circumstances were not able to reply to any of the messages or calls. They were insistent on providing the best service and allowed me to address the outstanding balances easily with no judgement.

Pretty Bloody Good So Far
My experience so far has been with Cole and he would have to be one of the most patient and non-judgemental people I have ever met. I have put off and changed my mind that many times, I have been in touch, my Mum has been in touch and he just keeps answering our questions and explaining over and over. I could talk with him however I needed to explain my situation (sometimes embarrassing!) and I never once felt judged!
I am going ahead with the Part 9 Debt Agreement and hope my experience continues like this!
