My experience with the company are that they lack in communication.
Mine and my hubands accounts have changed administrators several times and there is no contact at all.
Overal i am very disappointed and wish we had struggled alone.

They were willing to help me out when no other company would.

I was caught up in a vicious circle of debt and was getting nowhere. CCA was recommended to me by a very good friend as they had assisted with his mother's debt. They came highly recommended and since I had nothing to lose I gave them a call. I was very happy with the process and how seamless it was. The payment was tailored to suit my needs. I am looking forward to being debt free in the near future. I would definitely recommend CCA to anyone in need of financial help.

I have had no problem with Credit Counsellors. I have had professional service and understanding even when in the early days, they would call up and ask for me before identifying themselves (I have had so many dodgy calls from others) and I ask and who are you? I am a very blunt person and often get mistaken for being rude. We are all on the same page now when they call me to kindly remind me (I can be forgetful if Im busy). Also, I appreciate the fact, if something happens within the fortnight that is unavoidable and will affect my payment or I make a silly human error, they work with me to rectify the issue and to help me get back on track. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys or use their services again although I hope I'm never in this position ever again.

CCA is helping me get my life back together and with a minimum of fuss.

The only improvement I would like to see is a monthly email with payments made to date and how many remain.

If this monthly Newsletter was put into place, CCA would most definitely rate 5 Stars.

Everything worked great with helping me out , only thing was the communication was not so good some times with returning my calls as I would have to phone back a couple of days latter as no one got back to me , but then was all sorted out .
