Poor quality asked to return product, they want me to send back to Italy! No way, return address is in Brooklyn, I'm not paying post to Italy when I should be able to send it back to where it came from. Totally ridiculous and looks like Chinese junk

I ordered from here recently, and wow...! the products are seriously something else. They’ve got this Italian vibe that just oozes style—like, I put it on, and suddenly I felt like I should be sipping espresso on a cobblestone street somewhere. The quality is insanely good, I recieved so much complimentssI already know I’m coming back for more. It’s not just shopping it’s a whole vibe. if you want to feel fancy and vaguely European, just do it. You won’t regret it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!I bought a hat on what they said was a deep discount sale… Only to find that I could buy the same exact hat for three dollars on Temu. I PAID 12 times that. The return policy is impossible! Do not buy from this company. It's a total rip off.

Cristian Moretti company was a pleasure to purchase with. Delivery was on time & I was informed constantly of where my purchase was. I am “THRILLED” with my hat, it’s made well, feels so soft, fits perfectly and very stylish, just as it was advertised.. I think anyone that purchases this hat will love it just like I do.

Don't attempt to buy from them they're scammers just trying to steal for people. Bought shoes from them item was never received and they lied delivered to mail box after 1 month they sent pictures of delivering to a club house market which is a public place and not my apartment. Stay off scammers and refund was never made $134.74 . It will not be well with the people behind it

The quality is Temu but the cost is H&M. Two pair of jeans arrived from China with Chinese labels. No mention of the name Cristian Moretti. The button holes for fastening haven’t been cut and their solution is “cut it yourself”. Returns are at your expense. Don’t buy here. It’s all garbage.

I admit I was not foolish enough to order. Just used common sense. A gorgeous fur hat, similar to one I had decades ago, which cost over $50, then, for $19.99?? Oh, COME ON!

The pants are made in China with a label in Chinese--no mention of Crisitan Moretti. They are poor quality and the company makes it VERY painful to return them--fill out pages of forms and then they reject the package when it arrives in Italy. (Italy!! haha) Disgusting company. Awful.

My package is lost after supposedly “having arrived to my city 3 weeks ago”. No one knows where it is, it was never delivered, the company tells me on email that they are doing everything they can (twice) but then disappears and never get back again or follow up on this. This is really frustrating and the worst experience I’ve ever had. The courier that they are working with don’t reply to emails nor phone calls. At this point I’m just feeling scammed, never again.

This is absolutely low quality Chinese litter!! Never again! They don`t accept returns, no refunds, simply scammers!

Délai de livraison est égal à 20jours. Concernant les lunettes que j ai reçu, ils mettent des verres en plastique. Attention à la qualité...pas terrible..
