Her customer service is absolutely excellent – she’s always friendly, incredibly helpful, takes the time to listen to exactly what’s needed, and makes sure everything is spot on every single time.

Debbie is 100% reliable; nothing is too much trouble, she keeps me updated on orders, availability and lead times, and I know I can always count on her to get things right and move quickly when I’m working to tight schedules. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure both myself and my customers have a smooth, stress-free experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the aftercare from Clifton Trade Bathrooms has been extremely disappointing.

We purchased a complete bathroom from the Cheltenham branch, and it was installed in December 2025. Around seven months later, the toilet seat snapped clean through the middle, so I contacted the branch to request a replacement.

It took several emails to eventually get a reply, confirming that a replacement would be sent, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that was where the customer service ended.

Weeks later, still no replacement and no response.

Mistakes and delays happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. A simple email updating me on the situation would have been enough.

I hope someone from head office sees this and resolves what should have been a straightforward warranty issue.

I was put in touch with Clifton Bathrooms Altrincham by my bathroom fitter. I already knew what I wanted as I was replicating another bathroom so I didnt need a design service or showroom. As soon as I arrived to go over the order I was expected and felt looked after and in good hands. Julliette Wimbles went above and beyond going over the order in detail to make sure I had peace of mind and I left feeling confident that the order would arrive correct and that even if it didnt any issues would be rectified. The whole team came across as passionate and seemed to genuinly love working together. The drivers that delivered the goods were also friendly and cheerful.

Amazing service, we was seen and helped by Cal over the last few days. What can I say.... He was extremely friendly, helpful and was always on hand with all his knowledge. And extremely patient as I like to change my mind.
We are so excited to get our new bathroom fitted. I can't thank cliftons Birkenhead enough for getting us the best price possible. Thanks Cal your a credit to your team

Needed a replacement part and shower head for the shower, which was on a discontinued line. Went to Clifton Trade Bathrooms in Bolton and the Manager went out of his way to find a replacement that would fit from old stock. Saved me a lot of trouble and generously said there was no charge as was only a small part. I ended up buying a new shower head and left a happy customer. Great customer service.

Excellent service from Andy at the Bolton Branch.He dealt with any questions or changes quickly and professionally.Nothing was ever too much trouble.Always polite and friendly.My en-suite looks lovely,the products are of high quality and I’m really happy with the finished result.I would definitely recommend Clifton Bathrooms and would happily use them again.

I recently purchased everything for a new bathroom which was fine, Clifton’s provided me with cards for three possible fitters. Two of these didn’t turn up as arranged so we employed the one who did. He completed the job but I had to sort a few minor items out. Approximately six months later we discovered a leaking cistern which he fixed but wanted nothing to do with the resultant damage to the cabinet. I contacted Clifton’s head office in Bolton who have ignored my email and the fitter is also ignoring any contacts. On to Citizens Advice now as this matter is going to be resolved one way or another. Just be careful of any of their ‘trusted tradesmen’ as they seem to be unreliable or incompetent.

I didn't have a clue what i wanted Kim / rob and the team was absolutely amazing
They showed options such as shower panels / flooring and furniture that would go together they had the patience of a saint with me
Would highly recommend this company without a doubt
We will be back for future projects they don't make you feel rushed or pressurised when making a decision

I visited several local bathroom suppliers before finding Clifton Trade Bathrooms (CBT) in Leicester, but the prices varied so much that it made choosing the right products difficult when working to a budget.
My fitter recommended CBT, and I'm so glad he did. Amanda was fantastic from the start, taking the time to guide us through the different bathroom ranges in the showroom. She also showed us the catalogue, which gave us even more options that could be ordered.
Once we had selected everything, the quote was prepared, and I was genuinely surprised at how competitive the price was. It got even better when we received the fitter's trade discount. The savings were so good that instead of buying just one bathroom suite and furniture set, we ended up purchasing a second one too! CBT really does live up to its motto of "We won't be beaten on price."
What impressed me just as much was the after-sales service. Any queries or issues were dealt with quickly, professionally, and without any fuss. Returning an item was also straightforward and hassle-free, which shows they genuinely care about their customers even after the sale.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clifton Trade Bathrooms to my friends and family, and they'll definitely be my first choice for my next bathroom refurbishment.

Great service from great staff who are so friendly and helpful

After going to many places and not getting the answers to my problem of bespoke runners on a quadrant shower with a single door, the guys at Pullman Court Lever Street were extremely helpful and they found a solution to my problem with the runners on my shower door which then I was able to fix.

We visited several bathroom showrooms without really knowing what we wanted. After calling into the store opposite Clifton in Wigan, we were disappointed by how unhelpful the staff were.
However, our experience at the Clifton Wigan showroom was completely different. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Karina, who was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand our needs, showed us products she felt would work well, carefully costed everything out, and explained the options in detail.
Karina also followed up with a phone call a few days later and even price-matched items we had found elsewhere at a lower price, which we really appreciated.
Karina is a real credit to Clifton, and we are extremely grateful for all her help and support throughout the process. We can't wait to get our new shower room fitted!

We ordered new bathroom furniture and accessories from Clifton Bathrooms, however, when Jack went through the cost I felt like the figure had been 'plucked' out of thin air. The goods were itemized but there was no price against any of them, then he turned to the last page to show the total cost and said he would knock off another £1200 if we purchased today, which stupidly we did.
We felt it was a pressurized 'sales pitch' like a double glazing salesman and now feel like we've been ripped off.
The cost didn't include everything for the bathroom, there's a lot of items, like tiles for the walls, that we didn't get from Clifton as they didn't have anything we liked, so we have the extra expense by sourcing those items from elsewhere.
We wished we had gone elsewhere now as we feel totally 'ripped off', and we are now stuck with this company. I would not recommend Clifton Bathrooms at Solihull.

I have gave all the details requested by Scott in customer services 5 days ago and have not heard anything since, it just goes to show they are not really interested in your experience!
