Hello Dakshis Customer Support,
I purchased your Dhan Yog Bracelet from your website, under the following order:

* Order No.: #2078567
* Order Date: 14 September
* Delivered: 20 September
* Product: Dhan Yog Bracelet – Attract Wealth, Success & Prosperity
* Courier: Xpressbees Surface
* AWB: 153431069225508

I am extremely disappointed with the product I received.
The product was represented as having yellow gemstones, but the stones supplied appear to be white stones with a yellow-coloured coating/treatment. Within approximately two weeks of normal use, the yellow colour has completely worn off, and the stones have become visibly white.
This raises a serious concern about whether the product supplied matches the description and representation on your website.
I request you to provide a full refund or a genuine replacement with the product exactly as advertised. Please also explain why the yellow colour disappeared so quickly and what material/gemstones were actually supplied.
I have photographs/videos showing the condition of the bracelet and can provide them as evidence.
Please resolve this complaint within 7 days of receiving this message. If the issue is not resolved, I will consider escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance/consumer protection channels with the order details, product photographs, payment records and correspondence.
I expect a clear and satisfactory response rather than a generic reply.

Regards,
Nimeshkumar Patel

Poor product, Horrible customer support, Never you can't reach to them. They are frauds. I have rejected payment but order placed COD automatically. Continuously sending message but no respond. Guys do not place order from this fraud merchant, Your payment will be struck and no contact number to connect with them

Extremely poor customer service. The product was exactly as shown on the website, but the delivery was delayed and customer support was completely unresponsive to my calls, WhatsApp messages, Instagram messages and emails. I received the order only after mentioning that I would file a formal complaint against the brand. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to purchase from this brand again.

The worst customer service experience. Ordered 4 rakhis and got only 2. Now they are not even replying anywhere on whatsapp,email or calls. Fraudsters they are.

Utter complete fraudsters. The product is made of cheap resin and the colour started wearing off within 2 weeks itself. Also their return and refund policy is loathe-worthy.

Very bad quality of the product really bad experience not even showing option of return not even responding to my calls and msgs

Dakshis is totally fraud. I was promised for 2 piece of product but they send me one . Later in the name of refund they took another 2000 and they want to invade my bank account. They contact people in the name of COURIER and do all fraud with the customer. The whole company seems fraud and never buy any product.

Very poor service they have sent me a bracelate whose lock is not working and when i m trying to contact them they are not responding. And also not initiating my return request

Totally fraud company. I had ordered rudraksha karaungli mala but sent me duplicate rudraksha with plastic karaungli. When trying to connect with company no one is picking call and message. Don't buy from the company

No response this company and i return product already raise request but now status pending,no ans no response

These are scammers. Ordered stone tortoise . Received made up of rizen material. Mailed and messaged multiple times but havent received any update.

This company is not trusted. This is low quality product. Note, phone number received and email.
Not refund. Very poor company

To write a review I just had to give a 1 star which this company does not deserve. This is a fraud company . They send you damaged pieces and do not respond to any communication.
It looks like they have got their known people to write reviews on their website.
Do not buy anything from this website it’s all fake.

They never repspond on text or email. I bought Karanguli and Rudraksh Chain with buy 1 and get 1 free but they only sent one Chain and one rudraksh as complimentary. I had also bought the brcelet which never came. After dropping multiple whatsapp texts, calls and emails but they did not bother to respond. Please don't buy it from them.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Dakshis.com, as I believe it is important to inform others about potential issues.

Recently, I made a purchase from Dakshis.com, attracted by their promises of easy returns. However, after going through their entire return process, my return was unjustly rejected. It appears that their return policy is not as customer-friendly as advertised.

Moreover, the quality of the products I received was very disappointing, especially when compared to what they showcase on their social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

I would highly recommend avoiding Dakshis.com to prevent any similar frustrations.
