Davico Safaris made our trip truly unforgettable. From the start, Alex understood exactly what we wanted and tailored the experience around us rather than following a set itinerary. His knowledge, passion and attentiveness were exceptional.
The whole team was fantastic, especially our guide, who knew exactly where to go and what to look for. We saw the Big 5, even witnessed hunts and mating behaviour, and had incredible wildlife encounters every day. There was never a dull moment!
With everything from transfers and accommodation to meals taken care of, we could simply relax and enjoy the adventure. We came away with amazing memories and an even deeper appreciation for Kenya’s wildlife. We would absolutely use Davico Safaris again!

Having done many safaris over the years in Kenya, I was looking for something a bit more unique and memorable. Alex organized a fantastic trip deep into Laikipia, where I was lucky enough to see the famous black leopard, Giza. With his local knowledge, planning and recommendations, I got to experience a remote part of Laikipia and enjoy wildlife sightings in a setting that felt far less crowded and more natural than other of Kenya's better-known safari destinations.

Davico Safaris organised and hosted an incredible trip for us in December 2025, taking us to Samburu, the Maasai Mara and the Kenyan coast. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and combining the magic of the bush with the beauty of the sea made for a perfect trip.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was seamlessly organised. All our transport was taken care of, the accommodation was wonderful, and the entire trip could not have been better.

Alex accompanied us throughout, and his incredible knowledge of Kenya, its wildlife added so much to our experience. His passion and expertise ensured that we left with a deep sense of wonder and appreciations for this truly beautiful country.

We are from Japan and this has been our first trip to Kenya. Alex curated for us an amazing trip to Ol Gaboli Lodge where the staff were courteous and friendly and the facilities had all the necessities. We enjoyed warm showers, comfortable beds, good meals and drinks, all in a beautiful, rustic setting. The guide William was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, and we saw elenphants, lions, black leopard, leopard, giraffes, hyenas, jackals, and lots of impalas and zebras! He even took us to his own Maasai village where we got a real life glimpse of local life. Fantastic trip, thank you Alex!
