I can't say enough good things about Davidson Deem Ltd who helped me to remortgage recently. They are very professional and efficient, making the entire process painless.

We have used Davidson Deem on a number of occasions and will continue to use them going forward. Natalie was fantastic in arranging our remortgage, providing the best options for our needs, taking time other than understand what other changes we may want to make and then clearly explaining the implications of each. Everything was completed via email which made the process very easy.

I used Peter Stokes at the Davidson Deem team through a recommendation, and I am very happy with the service that he and the team have provided. Peter took the time to explain to me my situation and the options I had available for remortgaging my property. Brian and his team helped organise a further advance to my mortgage to help pay for building works on the property. I got in contact not knowing what products were available to help me fund the works, Brian quickly helped identify the most appropriate product and get it organised, clearly and promptly answering questions that arose along the way.
