BEWARE
This company should not get a star. I thought that i was purchasing a gopro camara from Debenhams online. After I purchased it I found the same camara all over the Internet for less than half the price. I went online with the order number and suddenly kn a page which is not Debenham online. It seems to be a scam company laching onto the good name of Debenham. I had an email (no name) from this company asking what the problem was with the camara. This isn't legal as I have certain rights and I am certainly not obliged to give a reason. I told them anyway because I think it us shocking how they lack basic morals. Does not buy from them. I received another email after I made the return request telling me when it idea going to be delivered. Its like they are ignoring me and forcing me to take the camera and allow my self to be robbed. I paid through PayPal so I will give them 24hrs to respond to my second return request and then I will open a case with PayPal. PayPal don't like scammers and take action pretty quick. Be very wary of this company if i can call them that. If they get jn touch through this then i will update you. I doubt it though. They haven't got a customer service number which is a red flag.

20quid to try and order from them
Ordered a couple of things they arrived promptly if looking a bit cheap on packaging but the biggest scam is the placing of an order to have it cancelled within 16 hours and finding theyve deducted the delivery price and item delivery insurance (which seem to just turn up despite me never opting for these things) anyhoo to be fair I hadn't received confirmation and item still says pending when I chack in my account .order declined but they've refunded everything apart from the delivery and insurance ...on an item that was never ordered because of 0 stock I will not leave this and I'm reckoning if I don't get the difference back (I'm taking legal advice ) I will be making it my 2026 mission to cause more than ten times the amount of bad publicity ...anyone want to join me ?.
As it stands I've been charged 20quid to see if I can order from them . Should b able to leave a 0stars
Tried to negotiate with them trading standards sent me a check list and said nope that's not how it works .PayPal have issued a refund and as it stands will be watching their company .consumer rights 2015 site that you are due a FULL refund if the seller cancels ...they don't get to keep a charge for 'delivery swap ' report this company and it's shoddy trading practices

(ORDERED VIA PLT) there is absolutely nowhere or any information outlined as to where you return to them and pretty little thing do not help you nor respond. They have ignored my questions regarding WHERE AND HOW TO RETURN. THERE IS ALSO NO INFORMATION ONLINE AS TO HOW I RETURNED TO THIS COMPANY EITHER.

What a terrible company. It seems like a scam. I ordered from Debenhams (FYI, the Debenhams name was purchased by Boohoo, and it's now just Boohoo's online trading company) on 1/1/26, received the confirmation email, followed by emails confirming shipping and providing tracking details. The tracking details take you straight to Royal Mail app, and the details are not recognised. Debenhams emails state the goods will arrive by 8/1/26, and to contact them if not delivered. At no point do they give information on what company is delivering.
When I tried to let them know it had not been delivered, I submitted their form, and was informed it was in transit.
Their "contact us" page has no phone number, no email, and no means of asking them for information. This may be a legal company, but it's modus operandi is the same as scammers.
I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.
I have photos of all details available should anyone wish to see them. On the off chance that the company employs someone to monitor reviews (a normal practice of scammers, to make it look as if they are doing something), the order number is DUX49964955
UPDATE 11/01/26:
There is absolutely no way of contacting a person at DBZ (Debenhams). There is solely an AI bot, which just recycles the same (fake) information to you. There is no contact phone number or email address. Their fake "contact us" WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger addresses just go to the bot. Have already contacted PayPal and got an instant refund. I believe they must be aware of this company.
FYI, for anyone interested, the Debenhams "partner" that was supposed to ship this order was Lovelace Ltd, one of about 20 companies owned by a foreign person in Bradford (you can look up details in companies information).
All the companies have only him as company officers. They are all based at his home address. Some of them are owned by friends and relatives living in the same house or same street. I don't understand why these people are allowed to continually scam people.

I have finally received the goods, and have contacted PayPal to return their refund!
However, all the information I detailed above is true, and I will not be using Debenhams, DBZ, or Boohoo ever again. I strongly advise anyone thinking of doing so to read the reviews for all three company names first!

I never received the item I ordered but something completely different tried to let them know but my order number was not excepted kept saying it so I reported it to PayPal sent a picture of the item I had received got my money back now they are saying I received my item and I’m happy with it they want the money returned I put all this in the online review and what was delivered arrived late
What a complete shambles
Ordered 4 dining chairs cost of £500.40 with Free delivery. when i came to checkout the total was £529.88 the added £29.48 was for delivery protection, no mention of this prior to check out... Anyway ordered and paid. tried to contact Debenhams to query the additional charges only to find that no telephone contact and only message service with log in via Face book (I dont do Face book) next day i was contacted by Modernique who are the supplier to Debenhams of the chairs i'd ordered stating they were not in stock until March. I asked for a refund which was refunded immediately but only for £500.40. when i contacted Modernique to query the refund amount they informed me that they had refunded the cost of the goods and additional costs needed to be taken up with Debehams.. Well how do you contact them??
Is this really Debehams that were a well respected retail outlet, and now managed by an uncontactable bunch of rip off merchants. i will put the - £29.48 down to experience... but i do think it is a bit of a sham when you go onto the DEBEHHAM's website, purchase something and then get ripped off by a company masquerading as a well know retail provider, but also shame of Debeham's for partnering with this despicable company

I would give zero stars if could. Disgusting service, robbery and fraud. Trying to return items to this company, ordered through Debenhams website, still waiting for email from them to instruct how to return! Can’t believe how difficult it is contacting this company. Emails don’t send, speaking to possibly AI on texts, repeatedly sending same messages. As for Debenhams allowing this company to trade through them is unbelievable. Avoid at all costs. I for one will never use Debenhams again, the company trading through them is called, My Accessories London, horrendous, and as for trying to name themselves similar to Accessorize, says it all. If you look up the company, similar difficulties trying to return, ie, emailing them first to try and sort a return. Disgusting, no customer service at all!

They do not communicate with you to facilitate a return like others purchased from Debenhams and have been referred to them to return item but they have seized to communicate back. Debenhams are also unhelpful. Read the small print when buying or just avoid them and Debenhams altogether. Complete charlatans compete swindlers

I would give zero if I could, I too thought I was buying from Debenhams! I ordered twice in error for the same thing, contacted them immediately to cancel one, they said they couldn’t cancel order but I could return once it arrived, well I have been trying since 17th Dec and I’m going round in circles
Ordered some sheepskin slippers
Ordered some sheepskin slippers. First came up as Debenhams, but then realised- after payment - that was a third party seller DBZ. It still said Debenhams DBZ. No slippers. Tried to email them but email returned as unable to delivery to email address. Contacted Debenham's customer service. I have had replies and they seem to recognise the order number and tracking number. After not being able to track the parcel, last week I went onto tra king and found out that the parcel had been returned to sender by Royal Mail. Reason? -address not correct or didn't exist. I paid by PayPal so don't get that. Determined to get a refund one way or another, but judging by previous reviews, that's not going to be easy! Finally had a refund - but after raising a case with Paypal. No more emails from Debenhams. Resolver were helpful - but because I paid through paypal, that proved to be the easiest way to resolve the issue.
No product, no refund
Made an order via Debenhams that was broken down into several parts. The part of my order coming from DBZ Partner has never arrived. EVRI says the parcel was dispatched on the 2nd December, it’s now the 27th December and no sign of my perfume. EVRI tell me to complain via Debenhams but I know they’ll ask me to contact this partner which judging by all the reviews on here mean one of two things 1) I won’t ever get my item and 2) I won’t get a refund. I’m going to chase for as long as possible, and report to the relevant ombudsman, as I refuse to be conned out of a purchase that cost me nearly £60.

Absolutely a scam!!!! My parcel is lost. Evri have said it is lost. I ordered it over 3 weeks ago. This company / debanhams told me if it was still not delivered by the 17th December they would sort it for me. No response to ANY communication since. Avoid this place and the debanhams website at all costs. You just to have do a quick look on social media to see this is a massive problem with this company. Scammers and robbing hard working innocent customers!!! Quick enough to take the money .
