Avoid at all costs. Once they've scammed you via Debenhams you're doomed. Unable to contact them to return faulty £175 dehumidifier.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, arrived promptly and happy with purchase as true to image shown on website.

Bought two items thought they were both from Debenhams so I thought it would be trustworthy. The item from Debenhams company itself arrived. The other item arrived and it was from a marketplace seller which I hadn’t realised when I placed the order and contrary to the picture online showing a lovely little gingerbread house what came was a piece of plastic with a picture of a gingerbread house on it. I’m having difficulty returning it. I have had one reply asking me if I would have £3 off my price as a refund and I have said no I want a full refund. However, you cannot return it until they give you the return address to send it to.This is shocking that they are allowed to get away with selling rubbish and scamming people all under the heading of Debenhams be very wary or do not buy from Debenhams at all.
Since everybody started buying online after Covid, scammers and con artists have taken this opportunity to build up their business and rip people off more and more. I am buying less and less online now and I would prefer to go into a store because I have been scammed three times in the last year on items bought online

This is the worst 2companies in the world to deal with when it comes to returns I will not be buying from them again. I have tried to set up a return 4 times without success. I gave up the last time I tried to return and lost my money I will not let this happen this time. I am talking of Debenhams and Wallis equally as bad.

I purchased an item from 'Debenhams' online thinking it was the store previously on the high street, !wrong! When the item was received it was of Chinese origin, unlabelled and of poor quality. I have e-mailed the company re their returns procedure and have received no reply as yet (considering other customers experience I am unlikely to).
Hence, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY it is a conduit for scam businesses and a bare faced rip off which should be investigated by the UK Trading Standards Authority.
