I stupidly ordered a dress not realising that this was a company who previously ripped me off. Once again they are claiming they have sent a refund which I have not had. They have no contact telephone number and ignore emails. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT DEBENHAMS.

2 parcels not delivered to my house by Evri, Dbz are happy they were delivered as per photo (photo is not my house I have proof on camera that delivery driver is stealing ) nobody want to know Evri or Dbz has anyone been able to talk on the phone to a human
Still not received my order promised…
Still not received my order promised within 7 days, its now 15 days…and nothing.
Item late AND damaged.
Item was initially late by 4 days, then confirmation that Evri were out for delivery about 5 hours before a stated time slot, which was then delivered 2 hours ahead of that. Opened lid of box to see that freezer had been dropped on a corner and crumpled. Didn't even bother to take the rest of it out of the box. Debenhams used to be a trusted company but with DBZ in partnership, I'd avoid at all costs. If this is the initial experience, I'm not holding out much hope for a refund, let alone a warranty.
Lack of detail
Bought an item through Debenhams. Pet bed. Had to guess at the size as no measurements given and slightly disappointed to find that the Large which is the one I ordered, wasn't very big, so dread to think what size small and medium were. Anyway, kept it as my dogs are small and take it in turns to use it. They seem to like it.

Purchased some boots from Debenhams online and returned them and have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a refund from DBZ Marketplace . Having contact on watsapp they just obviously copy and paste the responses and say the same thing. Wished I had read the reviews on here before I purchased anything. Definitely scamming people

Ordered via Debenhams website and had to return the item to the third party brand. Nightmare! Had to the contact DBZ via whatsapp (this method only available) to chase refund after 3 weeks! I will never use Debenhams website again...!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful service. Poor customer service partially non existent. I will be reporting to trading standards as they delivered an order with items missing and when using their wastsapp for another order and a refund they failed to process this and use a bot to correspond. Buyers beware.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Ordered item 3 weeks ago. Told it had been despatched. The tracking code was not recognised by the delivery company. Still missing and only Debenham's useless AI chatbot to'talk' to. Never again.

Third party seller for Debenhams now I am left doing a Charge Back for NON DELIVERY… very upsetting they are ripping people off left right and centre. No customer service and no recourse or responsibility taken by Debenhams.. AVOID ALL DEBENHAMS ADVERTS ONLINE!

Everything about this company is rogue! From luring customers in with promotional delivery offers which they do not honour, then only being able to complain via WhatsApp which replies using AI generated information which is inaccurate, to finally getting an email acknowledging your frustration and promising to remedy the situation but still not doing so!
So here I am, 15 days later without the two beds my children needed 13 days ago!
No more communication, no refund, nothing!
This is completely shambolic for a business that uses the once trusted “Debenhams” brand name. Avoid them at all costs!

It's like you forgot my order and when I asked for a refund which did have preferred you was like oh yeah and sent it and the image is not what was as advertised you sent me a blown up distorted pixelated image on my shower curtain I was very disappointed and will not shop here again
