Really great system and excellent training/support.

Just wanted to thank Suhail for the extremely quick turn around on my 2FA reset request

Mark is excellent, super Patient and very friendly spend much time with us sorting out our issues - we are nearly there !

We were relieved to be able to pull the plug on our legacy ERP system on 1st Jan. However we had been having major headaches with receiving our imported stock which meant our inventory reporting was incomplete.

Our session ended up being very long because we discovered after the first 1.5hrs that the process that Mark had taken us through which was clear and simple was not going to work for our general business practice. So we had to start from the beginning again!

Have to say that even as frustrating as that was Mark was able to continue to show clarity of mind and understanding of our business needs. Taking us through the process in detail so we could overcome the issues we were having with Cin7.

Marks patience and ability to understand our unique business needs was impressive. All whilst maintaining a lighthearted approach with a firm commitment to finding the answers to our conundrums.

Eroshana Abhayapala guided me through the correct process to allocate payments to invoices and deposits.
Eroshana responded quickly and precisely to all my questions until I deeply understood the best option for our workflow.

Shuaib has been so helpful getting our Cin7 account up and running and training me, answering all my questions and always explaining things so clearly.

I had an issue with receiving on advanced PO's.
Contacted support and spoke to Muditha Jayasinghe, she was very helpful and informative.

Great value for a growing company. This product has scalable options and the support is always available to resolve any issues. They have always been adaptable to ensure we fix any issues we have

The WMS app is the worst software I've ever encountered.

The browser application is okay. The WMS app is absolute garbage. We've had multiple issues. We have 5 different bugs with tickets still open after multiple months.

Beware.

Derika took the time to properly understand the issues we were experiencing and was able to provide us a solution in a timely manner.

This software & service really is the all in one go to. The onboarding & training program was well paced to not overwhelm as the initial setup can be daunting at the start. My assigned Onboarding Specialist Dawn Martenstyne was thorough & consistent on keeping on-top of the whole process along side, Cin7 is a huge step up from our previous inventory control system.

Suhail Azeez was excellent in solving our issues, his attention to detail and follow up skills were outstanding!
