Isuru Perera was infinitely patient and super helpful with tweaking a document template to achieve what we were after.

We are looking at ways to automate the accounts receivable process.
Communication can often be tricky as it's via a ticket versus verbal and we have to negotiate a time difference as well.
Umang did some testing, and to help me understand the process, provided a video showing what he did.
I've now set up testing and am getting invoice reminder sent to me for now, once testing is complete the plan is to email selected customers directly, an if required the sales rep so they can escalate with a phone call

Phil was extremely helpful and demonstrated great patience as we worked through a variety of options to address my needs. Definitely would recommend this service.

Be very careful their sales team will tell you all about the good things but not the poor customer service or IT team.

Had a lot of issues with the integration and rather than answering the question the IT CS team will keep asking you non-stop questions while your system is breaking blaming everything else but their system.

We've been using Cin7 for years now, ever since they were formerly DEAR. We love the user experience, the design, and the support. There is so much functionality that we still don't even use it to its full potential.

Recently needed some help resetting the 2FA for one of our user accounts, and it was all resolved within a couple of days. Thanks Philip and Umang!

I recently started using Cin7 Core and went through their Accelerator Onboarding Program. My onboarding coach, Shuaib, was absolutely fantastic.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand my business and tailor the training accordingly. It wasn’t just generic instructions, he made sure everything we covered was relevant and practical for my specific needs. Shuaib went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident using the software.

I implement Core systems for clients, and there are always nuances to each client which can sometimes deviate a Core implementation from my standard process. When this happens, I reach out to Core support and time and time again Abinesh Jayarajan has been super helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing correct and timely direction.

Support Call with Phillip, I had a really good experience as Phil understood the questions really well not just explained but demonstrated the examples so that I get thorough clarity on the subject matter.

Derika was really helpful and was able to resolve an inventory issue that we've had for ages. We've hired former cin7 employees who presented themselves as experts but they couldn't resolve this issue. I'm thankful Derika was assigned to my support case otherwise this would have remained a mystery.

Resolving the identified small system bug took some time but was done, so in total I'm very happy with the outcome.
