Cin7 Core with the manufacturing module has been a revolution for our business's ability to accurately cost and track everything we produce and sell, utilizing thousands of SKU's in the process. It's customizable report templates allow you to extract data the way that you want to see it and the simple design makes it easy to use, even for those in the organization that may not be highly computer literate. Its one shortfall is the inability to track fulfilment against invoice, rather than fulfilment against order, and the fact that it wont allow us to update the source of exchange rate information to anything other than the system default. Not a big deal for anyone in a stable country, but in Zimbabwe, where the currency can change overnight, it's a significant factor, since Cin7 Core links to a site that still uses the now defunct Zimbabwe Dollar as the referance.

I was having issues with my Inventory numbers, and after talk with the rep, i was able to sort out my issues. I had a setting on that was giving me problems.

Umang knows his stuff. He couldn't help me with a notification issue I was having, but it was due to the software design and not his inability to help me. He came up with another solution that remedied my issue.

This company seems to use some kind of AI or other auto-response system for help tickets. It repeatedly suggested the same system report to me even as I repeatedly pointed out that the report did not give me the information I needed - and then seemed to think my ticket was ready to be closed after I again specified that my problem still existed.

Pobodha was very responsive and attentive to the issues we were experiencing. Pobodha was able to fix the issue, explain why it happened, and what to do in the event it happens again. Pobodha helped with several issues and im very happy with the outcome
