Lacking Sole

I bought a new, unworn pair of Deichman boots on Vinted. The fit is fantastic, they are so comfortable, however shockingly, less than 2 months of wearing my new faviourite boots the soles are virtually worn out and in need of replacing, something that I won't be doing as the cost would be minimum £60 ( the boots only cost me £6) !! In short, I have to warn that Diechman soles are not hard wearing or long lasting for day to day wearing

Very horrible experience

Very horrible experience. I have ordered my sizes shoes to be delivered to the home address and they have sent two completely different shoes. I have ordered for my travelling purposes and now I can't carry. The customer service was appalling. They have asked me to drive 1 hour to a different store to collect the correct shoes. Why do I pay for their mistake. I supposed to receive a call back from their managers but not contact made . Very unhelpful and made my journey more inconvenient

Very unsatisfied with Deichmann…

Very unsatisfied with Deichmann service, because they didn't want to exchange sneakers that my child bought a size small and paid 70eur. We just wanted a bigger size and they said that the sneakers were worn to much ( a kid 10years old walked exactly 150meters and got blister) . We even didn't try to hide anything and Deichmann refused with saying that shoes were worn out and had worn signs . How is it possible... Policy of Deichmann is rigid and so customer not friendly. Never will buy anything from them ever again. I am advising anybody to do the same.

poor customer service

I bought some new shoes for work . last week i wore them once but they where crippling me to tight so today i took them back going to the counter on the gd floor this girl came along i explained they where to tight she asked me if i had wore them once i explained what a ridiculous question to ask me i what does she think i am going to do just sit and look at them in there box i could tell by the looks she was giving me she was not happy i had brought them back Bournemouth store she did a refund but i was made to feel awkward . shame never had any problems here before.

Never usually have problems with…

Never usually have problems with deichmann shoes however my daughters school shoes have fell apart after only a few months which is so frustrating. She is in high school so it is not due to playing around in them. Really dissapointing

Would have left no stars if possible

Would have left no stars if possible. I ordered a pair of boots in their online sale, all going according to plan and should have arrived in store today for me to collect. However, just received an email that goods no longer available, order cancelled, and refund will be paid. The boots are still in the online sale on their website at price and size I ordered. What's going on.
Just this instant 5.20pm (an hour after I posted this complaint) received another email that my order has been shipped to the store for collection. I plan to go to the store tomorrow lunchtime and see what the state of play is.
Now Thursday 23/1/25. After several more emails from Deichmann and Evri, I have just returned from collecting the boots from the shop. At home tried them on, all fine. Job jobbed.

Excellent service from Kinga
I visited the Deichmann shop in Slough with my 92 year old father, who was looking for some new walking shoes. We were attended to by Kinga, who was very attentive and helpful. We chose a style that he liked, but there was only one shoe on display (and in the box). Rather than asking us to choose another model (none of which my father liked), she spent quite a while looking on other boxes and in the back room until it was found. Her going the extra mile meant that my father had the new pair of shoes that he really needed (we struggled to find anything elsewhere). She's a credit to the company!

Bad Quality and Not Reliable

Disappointed with Landrover Half Boots from Deichmann – Poor Quality

I recently purchased a pair of Landrover half boots, expecting durability and comfort, but unfortunately, the quality is far below expectations.

1. Material Quality: The material feel cheap in just one day use. The stitching seems weak.

2. Sole Durability: The soles are poorly made—after 1st wear, Not what we expect from a brand associated with.

3. Comfort Issues: Despite their appearance, the boots are uncomfortable for extended use. The insoles are thin, and there’s No arch support.My feet are numbed and kind of Swollen finger tips.

4. Value for Money: For the price, I expected much better quality. These boots don’t hold up to regular use and are far from worth the investment.

If you're looking for reliable footwear, I Cannot recommend these boots from Deichmann. It's disappointing to see such low-quality products from a brand with a strong reputation in other areas.

Naz providing excellent customer service

I recently visited Croydon and decided to enter the Croydon branch and was impressed by the selection and prices, particularly the Puma trainers I found on sale.

Unfortunately, although the trainers I selected fitted, I was hoping to get a half size up, which was not available.

However, the standout part of my visit was the incredible customer service I received from the shop assistant, Naz.

He went above and beyond to try and accommodate my needs, exploring every possible option.
His dedication and genuine effort were unmatched, and I left feeling truly valued as a customer.

Naz's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression on me, even though I could not make a purchase this time.

I highly recommend this branch for both its products and outstanding service.

Fiz uma compra on line dia 31-12 e até hoje, dia 10-01 a encomenda não chegou, nem existe qualquer alteração no estado da mesma. Enviei email para o apoio ao cliente na segunda feira e até hoje, sem resposta. Faço imensas compras on line e jamais acontece este tipo de situação. Minha primeira e ultima compra nesta loja. Quero o meu dinheiro imediatamente.

Avoid - extremely poor quality

I bought a pair of lace up boots 2 months ago and the sole of the heels have already cracked open . The heel is hollow inside and the material is very thin. I've only worn these a few times a week and really expected alot more wear out of them. Very poor quality and a waste of money, will avoid in future as clearly the shoes are not made to last even 6 months.

Slow returns

Slow returns. Been almost 3 weeks since items were returned and I've had zero communication. Have sent two email forms now in complaint and was told to keep waiting. Wouldn't use them again.

Great experience with my online deliveries and local store (local store staff = amazing and very friendly).

Incorrect shoe sizes

Something I only discovered yesterday. When looking through the boxes trying to find the right size (5). I found a box for size 5, and the shoes inside were 5.5. I thought maybe someone had mixed them up. So I went through most of the boxes only to find the wrong shoe size in every box. Then I found a size 5.5 box, checked inside and the shoes were a size 5. So when I took them to the till, the lady serving checked the shoes and said 5.5? I said no, a 5. The shoe says 5. But she then went on to say the sizes are weird in Deichmans and the shoe sizes aren't accurate?? The box was correct, but incorrect size printed on shoes. This has never been mentioned when I have visited Deichmans but I have noticed previously shoes from there don't seem to fit. And now I know why!
