Great no problem at all

Deputy is a highly efficient application for managing timesheets, offering a user-friendly interface that simplifies the process.

We have been using Deputy for just over 2 months in our organisation. We have had so many issues with integrations, setup and being charged fees we did not authorise for plans we have already paid for.
The worst part of the experience is that the only customer support is through a text chat function that doesn't always function, or email. Both of these options put me in contact with someone who is not fluent in English, meaning resolution takes literally days of email correspondence with someone using standardised responses rather than understanding or engagement.
I do not currently know of a more suitable platform for my business needs, but for a service that, by design, is intended to simplify and streamline workflow, I would not recommend Deputy to anyone who is looking to move their business forward.
I've read reviews from times gone by and it sounds like Deputy was once a great platform for its time. Sadly, this is no longer the case through our experience. We cannot afford to build our business around antiquated or inadequate systems.
We will be taking our business elsewhere.
We suggest you do the same.

Easy to roster staff. Monitor staff "clock on/off" times and where..
Can see hourly rate for staff. Calculates pay. Lets you know when the award changes.
I have recommended to a local businessman (runs 2 hotels) to get Deputy.

I need Deputy to integrate with our payroll processor (ADP WFN) as seamlessly as possible. While I have used Deputy for almost a decade there are still some issues we have regularly that create more work and frankly have been addressed and never solved.
1. We want to track our employees in multiple locations across multiple (payroll) companies, with various pay rates. (temporary departments mapped out from Deputy to ADP) *Ideally, as designed- "Over the air" - without the need to download, export, upload and import into payroll*
2. Tips. Please create a feature or workflow that allows us to enter gratuity owed to an employee into a field that carries over to payroll when exporting timesheets.

I have recently started using the app and it is a welcome change. Deputy is so easy to follow and they have robust training to ensure any user can follow this. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the healthcare sector.
