Deputy is a great program and makes scheduling of our crew very easy. It's great for communicating with employees all in one location

HORRIBLE!!!! First off, it's very confusing! 2nd, it's VERY glitchy and the tier 1 team can NEVER fix the issue, they have to escalate to tier 2. Tier 2 takes a while to get back to you. If you have to be escalated to tier 3, good luck getting your issue resolved, they may or may not get to you at all. It's simple things.....like one of my employees is showing a different category for pay, regardless of what I have told it to do, it is not working. You'd think it would be an easy fix. We have been using this software for a couple months and rely on it for our employees hours. Each month so far, I've had to push payroll to the very last second in order to get something corrected.

Without doubt the worst rostering software I have ever used. We have tried to contact deputy and their customer support for more than 6 months. Their system does not allow to submit a ticket. Everytime we select help support icon it makes you sign in again and then it just repeats the same thing every time you try to contact support of submit a ticket. Then when you call the phone number, we are yet to have a person answer the phone who speaks 1 work of english and they just hang up the phone. Rude unhelpful and poor quality software. We are moving to connecteam. cannot stand the unprofessional and rude service.

This is a useful tool for timesheets and tracking hours. As a coffee shop manager, I rely on it to keep me informed and give me accurate detailed information about my employees.

It has help my scheduling issues overall. I am able to prepare for the upcoming weeks. And I have reminders on which employees are not available or even requesting days off.

Simple to use platform, does exactly what I need it to do, well-priced, does not cause issues.

Decent rostering software. Contrast of colors difficult to see. Support was easy a few years ago however now is harder and takes longer to make contact.

My company has been using Deputy for over 5 years. Excellent software for rotas in health care, especially for short notice shift cover. Works well with payroll for easy integration. New feeds is an excellent way of keeping employees upto date with current news.

With amazing technical support and many options that enables Deputy to work across many industries. Could not imagine managing a workplace without it
