No regard for customer loyalty
No regard for customer loyalty. They have just axed the 163 Bury to Manchester service because profits are more important to them than serving the people. How are people meant to get to work?
Busses are almost never on time
Busses are almost never on time. Most scheduled slots no bus ever turns up. Busses are in poor repair. Have regularly waited an hour for a bus scheduled for 12 minutes apart.
Only reason I use it is its the only option for where I need to get to.
Cannot wait for this company to go under and the routes go public.
Rude Driver
I have a swift card and have not had any issues until today with Diamond Buses refusing the pass. The driver didn't even let me pay the fare back home so I ended up having to get a taxi home. As a result I've now had to order a new swift card which covers Travel West Midlands and also Diamond Buses so that this issue doesn't happen again leaving me out of pocket. If I could avoid using this service I would but it's the only bus service that seems to serve our area at the time I require it for my voluntary job.

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. This company are an absolute disgrace. My daughter relies on the 37 bus for socialising and travelling to and from college and is regularly waiting over an hour. Even the buses showing as ‘live’ on the TFGM website fail to arrive. I have now started to get the train into work as I can’t possibly rely on a bus turning up. Diamond buses either you do not understand the misery and frustration you are causing, or you simply don’t care.
Joke of a company
This bus company is a joke waiting 1.5 hours for a 471 to get to work and 2 don't turn up and the one that did was 10 minutes late,and when you complain about this it falls on deaf ears joke of a company

Diamond buses are the absolute pits, since they started running the X50 Piccadilly Manchester to the Trafford Centre route it has been terrible, I am a pensioner still working and travelling from Piccadilly to Guinness Road and it is a rubbish service, rarely on time very often late, not unusual to be 10 minutes or more late, and sadly it quite often does not turn up at all, and I have to use it twice a day. Yesterday the 10th January I left work at 3-20 pm to get the 3-30 pm bus on Guinness Rd, it did not arrive so me and the other 5 passengers waited for the next one due at 4pm , it turned up at 4-10 pm, and this is how they run their buses, they are reliably unreliable !
How GMPTE can let them continue running this service is beyond my comprehension. this bus company ought to be ashamed of how they run this service, sorry non-service.

Ever since Diamond buses have taken over the local bus routes the service has been diabolical. I waited an hour the other day, the 471 is supposed to be every ten minutes, I've got slipped discs in my spine, and waiting so long for a bus made me I'll. There are old people stood around for long periods of time, in the cold weather, with no seating, just waiting for the bus to make an appearance. It's disgusting. We are living in a time where we are very aware of the climate change, and were using public transport is encouraged. At least provide a good, reliable service first. No wonder people would rather go into debt, and finance themselves a car, because the public transport in this country is unreliable, disorganized and an embarrassment to society

Drivers are rude and bad mannered. Their standard of driving is appalling, I wouldn't use a Diamond bus if my life depended on it!

This is the first time using a diamond bus as the route has been taken over from stagecoach.
The timetable on the website for the holidays was vague . I went by the Monday to Friday hours as the tfgm site correlated with this.
I was waiting at the longsight slade lane bus stop for the 9.49 bus. When this did not arrive I went on the website and found the tracker. The bus was actually due at 10.07 which I presumed was different hours due to the holidays. The bus eventually arrived at 10.15.
I am currently on this bus and feel the need to complain about the revolting state of the bus. The smell is just about tolerable. I have never been on a bus this dirty in my entire life.
This is not just a case of 1 or two days of not cleaning. I can see that the build up of dirt on the floor and in the footwells and on the seats shows this never gets cleaned. I am now worried this smell will stick to my clothes . It’s an absolute disgrace!

150 is the worst service in Manchester everI don't know why they give the contract to diamond services. Stage coach services are the best one in this route and regarding the tickets people are paying for the stage coach and diamond services those are taking weekly passes they are paying double because they are not running diamond services every day after evening they stage coach again from 7.30pm till late nights and Sundays only satage coach service is coming I don't why they are doing like just stick to one service is good for the people because they are are robbing the people by doing multi services in this route so kindly give stagecoach again in this route I already mailed to the council regarding this but they didn't give any response for the mails.

Who was responsible for giving Diamond the contract for a bus service, I am afraid their decision making is very poor or was there more to it that we will never know. Diamond are the worst business I have ever come across and there is no point in having a timetable as the buses roll up whenever, sometimes in two's and sometimes in three's. Why Diamond have still got the contract, due to so many complaints , is beyond believe. Is there anybody out there who thinks Diamond do a good service ?

The 471 bus is never on time or when they do turn up the come 2 at a time. They're always a large group of people around 30 or more waiting to get on the bus when I leave Bury about 16:00. Sometimes I can't even get on and have to wait fo the next one because the bus is full. I can wait for about 30 minute to a hour for a bus.
471 bus - lousy customer service
471 bus service - I think this bus route must be a contender for worse service. Three Fridays in a row when no bus turned up for 40 to 45 minutes. Today in the freezing cold, two eventually turn up together. First driver very churlish said 'don't ask me, I'm only running 20 minutes late). No point in relying on this bus if you need to get to a meeting. To add insult to injury, I was unable to leave feedback on Diamond Buses website - the form kept rejecting my feedback
