I have just finished the L3 Reformer Pilates blended course. I was not new to Diverse, as last year I completed the L3 Mat Pilates online course.
Similar to my previous experience, I felt completely supported throughout the course. The members of staff provide clear information and are fast to answer either by email and phone. The platform with online learning is clear and easy to access and so the coursework to complete online.
This time around, as part of the course, I attended the weekend workshop at Diverse Gym in Preston. The weekend was lovely. Such a great opportunity to bond and network with other Pilates lovers. Kate our tutor is wonderful! She absolutely knows how to engage the group and make people feel at ease. I enjoyed every minute. She was so attentive, encouraging and knowledgeable! I would 100% advise to enrol in this course and attend the weekend in Preston.

I felt fully supported throughout the entire process. The tutors are very knowledgeable and easily contactable. The resources are also very helpful. Both the Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 PT assignments are easy to follow and understand. Work is marked and feedback issued very promptly for the online course. I would highly recommend Diverse Trainers.

The course was disappointing, I hoped for more guidance in how to teach exercises as I am completely new to the industry. The course states it can be completed in as little as 4-6 weeks. My experience was once I submitted coursework for marking I would then have to allow 10 days for it to be marked, which I would then have to follow up with phone calls. If I had to make an adjustment and re-submit it would take another 10 days for feedback. So much time was wasted waiting for feedback and coursework to be marked. The course took me 5 months and I’m sure I could have been done it in 3 months. I waited a whole month to get my digital certificate and I still haven’t got my paper one that I paid for 6 weeks later! Overall quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend diverse trainers.

I thought overall experience was good. Content was relatively simple and trainers showed great attitude when interacting with them.

Things I'd improve, think the website could do with updating. Didn't find it a very good layout or intuitive and struggled to find areas where I needed to upload my videos. Also, during the course, I wasn't always sure what else I had left to complete. Course said I was 60% through level 2 but I had actually completed it so just little things like that would have been nice to get corrected. Other than that, found it a pretty simple course and feel I know the basic knowledge to become a PT.

I enrolled with Diverse Trainers in the Level 3 Online Sports Massage Therapy course. When I first began the course, my main concern was whether I would have enough time to balance it with other commitments, such as my university degree and job. However, Diverse Trainers supported me every step of the way. They were always quick to reply to emails and always very understanding about problems I faced.
