If you show even the slightest interest in this company's services, they will absolutely bombard you with solicitous texts and calls.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PT Academy.

I paid a significant amount of money for this course, with the clear understanding that I would be able to complete the qualification and take the exam in my own time. However, my subscription ended in February this year, and since then I have been completely unable to access any part of the course or exam platform.

What is most concerning is the complete lack of communication. I contacted PT Academy in February regarding this issue and have been consistently ignored ever since. I have received no response to my messages, and when I try calling their phone number, no one answers.

This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service. At this point, it feels less like a professional training provider and more like a company that takes payment without providing proper support or access.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me and resolve this issue. I expect full clarification and access to what I have paid for, or an appropriate resolution.

Great experience fast and simple which makes me everybung go smoothley

The markers dont seem to have a clue. Ive had multiple questions correct the first attempt on both L2 and U3 which were marked wrong - referred - when i did get it correct. They no longer have a support email and its seemingly an AI chatbot which is very unhelpful.
They claim to have a 14 day marking period but you can wait over a month. Go elsewhere.

Spoke to Tee Isaac to get some more information about the different courses bundles provided at PT Academy. He took the time to discuss multiple options and helped choose the most suited one to myself. Nice straightforward process, would recommend to anyone.

Tee at PT Academy was great to deal with. Really knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and actually listened to what I needed. He’s also got a great personality and sense of humour, which made the whole experience even better.

I completed my Level 2 and Level 3 PT courses with Sofia and had a great experience throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor and mentor on PT Academy’s Level 3 Personal Trainer course, which I have just successfully passed! She was truly exceptional from the first day right up until the end of the course. A supportive, empathetic and incredibly patient tutor who always went above and beyond.

Her knowledge is outstanding, and she explains things clearly and thoroughly, which made learning feel both engaging and enjoyable. Her availability beyond the scheduled course hours meant she was there to answer questions, offer guidance/corrections and encourage progress whenever I needed it. She was always able to alleviate any self-doubts I had during the course, which is why she’s such an incredible tutor!

I’d also like to say a special thank you to Anthony in head office who was really supportive during the course, shout out to Liam at the gym who was super helpful and last but not least(!) our online tutor David, who was absolutely brilliant. As I may not get the chance to write a separate review for David, I just want to say he is incredibly knowledgable and has a wealth of experience in the industry, spanning more than 20 years! He was supportive, patient and his lessons were excellent and taught to a very high standard!

If you’re thinking about becoming a personal trainer, you’d be in the best hands at PT Academy, go for it!
