I recently bought a hand pipe in this store and, several uses later, I can say that it’s a high quality product, something I didn’t expect when I bought it on the internet. I will definitely buy again in the future and recommend it to my friends.

I have been buying several products from this store for a long time, and they have never let me down. Their attention is magnificent, and the shipments always arrive on time.
Totally recommended.

Just got a piece on their summer sale. LVOE the pink colors in the perc and rim. Save $27 and got a nice addition to my collection. Got it wihtin a week

Dopeboo is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!!! I paid for 2 vape pens, that either were not working or were a terrible. I asked if I could exchange them for something else and they said no. Customer service was incredibly rude. You need to open and try the vape before you can say it isn't working. I told them this, and they said pretty much sorry nothing we can do or will do. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So now I spent over $100 and I'm stuck with 2 crappy vape pens that don't work.

Never ever buy anything from this company!!!

I ordered a bowl that said it was in stock. The next day, I got an email saying that they were really sorry, but it was out of stock and that I could choose another item with a 5 percent discount. Oh wow thanks for the 5 percent off, that's like a dollar or two. I told them that I wasn't interested in that and wanted a refund immediately and said they should update their flippin website properly and not charge people before they know they have the product. In regard to the refund, the idiot on the email said "We haven't charged you." Okay, then why was the exact amount for the bowl gone immediately after confirming my purchase? The rep was patronizing and said that "ranting and swearing doesn't get you faster service". Well you know what, there's being an a**hole, and then there's being assertive when someone f*cked you over, and I'm the latter. I haven't had a response back, but I'm getting my god damn money back, believe me. Don't order from them, there is no guarantee that they will have the product, and they will be an absolute dweeb when they email you about it.

Ordered bong September and they sent an email that they ran out and then have never returned emails or sent the new one. It's now over mid December. Do not buy from them.

I purchased an item, signed up for 10% off first order and the code didn’t come until I purchased without the code. A day later I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to the “PACT act”. This company is a scam and they’re probably using my credit card as we speak.

I ordered a piece from DopeBoo on August 30, 2021 for $262.98. After emailing a few times asking for shipping updates, it arrived completely broken on September 14, 2021. I emailed them on September 15, 2021 with photos of the broken piece. Anne (DopeBoo Support) responded on the same date: “This is a first with a Marley piece in 2 years of working here” (citing low stock) and “We’ll get you taken care of one way or another!” Whether it’s a first or not, it still happened.

I followed up on September 20, 2021 to which a team member stated they are still working on shipping orders. I followed up again on September 23, September 30, and October 18, 2021–no response. I received a broken piece in exchange for my hard earned money. I’m a first responder and really looked forward to relaxing with this piece. Now I have a broken piece and $262.98 less.

This business lack integrity. I highly encourage everyone to stay away!!

This is literally the worst experience I've had with any website I've ever ordered off of. First they did not ship the product out till several days after they said they did, then my package was lost by usps which now the this website believes I the customer must do all the tracking to find were my lost package is and guess what its nowhere to be found. Plus now it looks like I will have to use usps to pay me back my lost money of $162 which this website only insured the package for $100. I've reached out several times for a response from this website and they won't even contact me back with any sort of response. This place does not value you as a customer and they will quickly show that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I will be taken appropriate actions against them and I would suggest spending your hard earn cash somewhere else!

ordered a bong over two months ago said it was in stock on website. next day got an email that it was out of stock and will be restocked in 4 weeks. they said they could give me a discount to which I replied and got no response. A complete scam do not waste your money.

I bought a Kandi Pen vape from there and was concerned because of Trust Pilot reviews. So I called the phone support number, and the owner picked up right away. She clarified that she was basically blackmailed by someone on that terrible review and promised this is not the case. So I decided to go by her word. I am very happy with my purchase 6+ months later. The vape works great, and it was a greatly discounted rate compared to other retailers. I will purchase from them again!

They don’t properly update their site so be prepared to pay for something completely different then you ordered or in a color scheme you don’t like. LOL unprofessional site %100

When DopeBoo sells out of a product, they do not remove it from their website. Instead, they sell them and make you wait four weeks to get the product even after letting you purchase 2-4 day shipping.
Then, the banger that came with the Battleship was cracked when I received it. I immediately emailed DopeBoo, sent pictures 3 separate times, and they claim they cannot see my pictures because they will get a virus. After over a week without ANY HELP from DopeBoo, and reformatting the pictures three separate times, I asked if I can send them over social media. They told me I cannot because the social media person cannot help me. Prior to sending the pictures to DopeBoo the second and third times, I sent them to another email to ensure they are viewable without issue, which they were. Not sure what the issue is on DopeBoo's end, or why they are so reluctant to help replace the banger.

Dopeboo is either a scam or their employees are so incompetent it is effectively a scam.

1. ordered product then told its out of stock (fix your inventory, don't let people order items you don't have)

2. offered replacement for out of stock item then charged for difference

3. items shipped out separately due to confusion over 2.

4. Received wrong item. Cheaper small item I didn't order.

5. Customer service confused as to company policy, unable to offer solution

6. Customer service phone lines are just down on Monday, called all available numbers all day to resolve these issues.

7. Still haven't been able to resolve problems. Asked for refund, and I am refunded a smaller amount. Now I need to go through my credit union and will be without a card for weeks. **** THIS PIECE OF **** COMPANY

Have to admit, didn't know what I was doing when trying to get a Christmas gift for my bf. But I called them with what I was looking for and got some help in finding a couple of options. Anna took the time to help and I've got what I hope is the perfect piece. Shipping was reasonable considering COVID and Christmas.

DopeBoo has quality pieces for good prices. Their team will do everything they can to help you have a great experience with them! I had an unfortunate break within the week I got my piece and they were quick to work with me to replace it.

I ordered a cartridge vaporizer that the website listed in stock. It turned out that I had to wait two more weeks for the item to actually be in stock. When I received my order, they shipped me the wrong item. The customer service phone number is some generic voice mailbox. They haven't responded to the voice messages or emails I have sent over the past two weeks. I just want to get the item that I paid for, but there is no customer support. There are many other online retailers for vaporizer products. Don't order from this one.

One product I received had a chip in it and vaporizer I ordered was not as advertised. I'm very disappointed in shipping time as well. I will spread the word inside the community of like minded individuals!!!
