I am blown away with my wedding dress! It arrived within 20 days of ordering. The quality is superb and it fits true to the dimensions of the size chart. It looks exactly like the picture. I had questions ahead of time and customer service replied to me within 24 hrs of my e-mail inquiry. Overall, very impressed with the quality and service of Dorris Wedding and definitely recommend to others!

I read a small amount of negative feedback about this company but I decided to take a risk and I’m so glad I did.
I contacted them beforehand to make sure they were legit and they eased my concerns with prompt replies and lots of information.
The dress I chose is beautiful. It’s exactly how it looks in the picture and the material is of a higher quality than I expected from an inexpensive online site.
The sizing is a little big but that’s easily rectified with an alteration.

If you’re lucky.
If you are lucky to receive the dress you ordered and have it fit as promised this company might be worth the gamble. However, if they send you a dress that clearly is NOT what you ordered you are stuck with it!
You can return the incorrect dress but you will pay $70 ( in my area) to ship it back, only receive 80% of your payment price back minus the original shipping fee. Based off another review here where her returned package showed back up after 4 months— I completely believe that would be the case here too.
I will say the dress quality is decent just too bad it is NOT the dress pictured that I ordered.
Good luck with this one... you will need it.

In conclusion.. I shipped the return of the dress to the printed out address that they sent me.. nearly four months later the box arrived back at my house completely torn and smashed with a note that said the address did not exist... the address that I printed off from their email does not exist... SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! Best part is that there is NO way I could ever sell this dress due to the miserable measurements of it so I am stuck with it. Super!

This company is a Chinese firm pretending to be American. It's cheap and you get what you pay for, the quality is low and the sizes are not perfect.

Returns are very hard indeed, they only offer 80% refund and with return shipping cost of $30 we took the option of 50% refund and giving the dress to charity.

So.. if you order make 100% sure you are keeping the dress or is an expensive trial.

Can I just say absolutely amazing dress! My big day is this summer and I saw this dress online..five stars no doubt. Firstly I had a few questions about my order and the support team got back to my emails within a day! They were extremely professional and reassuring. My dress came right on time and out of the package it was so beautiful. Once you try it in it’s so shockingly beautiful. It fits absolutely perfect. Extremely true to size. I can’t wait to wear it. It’s absolutely beautiful.

I was so skeptical about ordering a wedding dress online, as I’m a plus size and had a disastrous experience with another company. Read many reviews and decided to just bite the bullet an purchase. I’m SO GLAD I DID!! My dress came 3 weeks after ordering, absolutely gorgeous. The stitching the lace the fit, it was all stunning. And perfect! I only need to have it hemmed but that’s no big deal. So happy!

I reviewed Doris wedding earlier on trust pilot. The dispute is ongoing. After 2 months they are blaming non delivery of goods on the courier and refusing a refund. They do not accept their legal obligation to the customer to take responsibility for delivery of goods within reasonable and contractually agreed timsecale. If the delivery company are at fault, Doris Wedding need to refund me and seek compensation for themselves through DPD. I feel totally let down by this company, disappointed, defrauded and frustrated. The positive reviews on here DO NOT reflect my genuinely awful experience of Dorris Wedding.

I got a dress that did NOT look like the one I ordered at all! When I contacted DorisWedding, they refused to help me - even when it was their fault! I could pay for return, and then get a 80% refund, once received - that’s it! And because of that, they told me, to sell the dress on Craigslist - what company does that?! I’m mortified!!!
The whole situation, is just not okay - they are scamming people, and can’t be trusted. I payed a big amount of money, on a dress that doesn’t resemble the one I wanted one bit.
Furthermore, it apparently comes from a cheap firm in China, and not a trustworthy place, like I thought.

Paid them but no dresses. Spent a lot of money on several matching dresses, only one delivered and no refund for the others. Other reviews suggest great value for money but it would seem this is at the cost of high risk, as in my case. If Dorris Wedding or their sub-contractors mess up they just walk away leaving you with none of your order and no refund. I have been unable to trace their company details/headquarters thus far. I strongly advise against playing Russian Roulette with this company. I am trying to pursue them legally but hard to track down.

Having ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses in December 2017 it is now March 2018 and I am down $750 which is tough when you are paying for a wedding! NOT ONE of our bridesmaid dresses arrived. We were however sent two incorrect orders with no label or detail of how to return. After REPEATEDLY emailing (you cannot call) Dorris Wedding for a refund, we have had no meaningful response. Not even to let us know where to return the incorrect items. Especially not a single refund. Baring in mind we were promised delivery on 09 Feb 2018.

Absolutely shocking company, the only one of my wedding providers who have made me question throwing a party.

I purchased what I thought would be my dream wedding dress, and recieved a poorly made dress that only slightly resembled what I wanted. When I contacted them, I was told that it looked enough like it that I shouldn't have any problems. Apparently what they do is send the original picture to a shop in China, where it's fabricated just based off the image (and poorly!). I was finally able to convince them I deserved a refund, but they only offered 80% of my money back and refused to pay return shipping (to China, which is insanely expensive). Though the whole process they refused to admit any fault, and at one point told me to try to sell it on Craigslist. I wish I was joking, but they actually told me that. Unbelievable. So, after telling them I was going to contact a consumer protection agency and needed their contact info, they decided to stop answering my emails. So I'm out a wedding dress and a few hundred dollars. Don't trust these people, this company is awful! You won't get what you think you're getting!

I knew ordering from China was a risk. My experience with Doris Wedding proved the warnings were valid!

I ordered, and paid extra for, a formal dress with custom measurements, as I am tall. When I emailed asking for a status report after 5 weeks, they responded after a week that it had been shipped (a tracking number that only followed it to a city in Asia...and no further).

It finally arrived, 1 week before my daughter's wedding. Upon opening the tiny package with the dress stuffed into it, I "snorted" with disgust. It was the correct dress, but in a completely unacceptable color. I ordered it in a dark, subtle burgundy color; it arrived in the brightest, neon red I've ever seen! The custom measurements also were seemingly ignored. A garment should not be made to a person's exact measurements, additional inches/cm should always be for it to fit and fall properly. The hips and waist were to.o tight and the bust was way too large.

I have tried to contact them 5 times over the last 5 weeks, both via email and via the Doris Wedding website's"Contact Us" form.

NO RESPONSE!

I would have given a somewhat positive review if they had responded in a responsible manner, as the quality of the stitching was quite acceptable, but....

I had to search desperately with little time for another long enough dress to wear as the mother of the bride.

The risk is real; the warnings are true. I DO NOT RECOMMEND interacting with this company in any way. You'll be throwing your money away.

REGARDING THE REPLY BELOW BY Doris Wedding:

1. It is standard dressmaking/tailoring practice to never make a garment to the exact measurements of a person's body, unless it is a stretch skintight design. The reply does not address why one measurement area was too small and another too large in relation to the actual measurements sent.

2. If a fabric color is changed, or ANYTHING major cannot be provided as offered and ordered, it is expected that any honorable company would contact the customer to allow them to decide whether to go ahead with the order or not.
For a company to send a product that differs demonstrably from the product offered by the company and orserved by the customer, I view that as the company violating a contract.

3. The closing salutation in the reply states that one should contact Doris Wedding with any questions....this must be a joke, as they do not respond to repeated, polite, post-purchase correspondence.

Search of a perfect wedding dress turned out to be a nightmare for me. I browsed a bunch of websites and visited more than 10 offline stores nearby but all in vane. I was about to give up on the idea to find stylish dress that would fit me when one of my acquaintances mentioned this site. They have plenty of wedding outfits for all body shapes and have a free delivery. Loved the experience

I always buy online and I have never experienced such bad customer service. It is unbelievable.
I bought a dress, received a dress that didn't look like the photo at all so I spoke to them on day 1, super disappointed as I really wanted the dress of the website, I saw them a picture of the one on the website and what they sent to me, they said ok, you can return it. I had to pay for international post and then I get an email from them that they were not going to reimburse me as they made up that the dress was smelling like perfum and they had to through it away. A complete lie as I never used it. I can't believe a company does that.

I absolutely love love my dress. I received my dress yesterday by mail and fell in love with it. I was scared at first it was not going to come in on time but thanks to June Bridals she made it all worth it for my big day I will be having this coming Saturday at my baby shower. I was able to try it on yesterday when it came and it looked fabulous. A million thank you to you and the dress it is absolutely gorgeous. I was recommended by a good friend who also got there dress custom made for there baby shower last year and it was amazing. I know in the future where to come and get a dress and it will be you.
You have amazing talent and a great designer.

Another gorgeous dress, bought for my mum to wear to my wedding. Consulted on material colors and adapted to my mum's style (longer sleeve and length). Only tiny thing was the overlay lace was much longer than underskirt so having it taken up slightly. Tiny adjustment. Overall happy.

I ordered my dress customized to my measurements. When I received the dress it was delivered in a bag. Not a great start. When I opened the outer bag, the inner clear bag had a few of the rhinestones from my waist embellishment sitting at the bottom of the bag. They had already come off in transit. When I tried the dress on the material was great quality, waist and hips fit perfect. However the bust, and arms were over 3 inches too big! Also the wire in the bust area was so mishappen that it made it look pointy and uneven. Quality Services only offered me 30% refund of my full payment. They didn't even offer to take the dress back and fix it or an exchange. Not happy at all.

I received my wedding dress today and all I can say is WOW!!!! Thank you

I LOVE IT!!!! It's even more beautiful in real life than the pictures.
I had initially went dress shopping at David's bridal. I didn't really fall
in love with any of their dresses. I showed them the dress I wanted from
your online store, Dorris wedding. They said they had never heard of it and
it was probably a scam because no one would sell such an exquisite dress
for such a low price. That realllly scared me so I consulted a seamstress
friend. She said of course retail stores will tell you horror stories and
discourage you from buying online because they are loosing so much of their
business to online stores and it was worth the risk to buy the dress online
(for the affordable price of $156!!!) and if it didn't work out we would
look into more options. Well, she was right. I couldn't be more happy and
grateful that God allowed me to find your site and my dream wedding dress.

My daughter started to look for a prom dress. When she told me that she wants to buy her dress online I was a little evasive, but I trusted her and knew that she knows what she wants. She picked the Dress on Doris website, since January. Meanwhile she looked around, but the dress she sow on Doris website stayed with her always. At the end of May we ordered it. From the time we ordered the dress until we received it we had a very good email communication knowing what is happening in the process. When we received the dress it was a big day lots of emotions, and believe me when she tried it on the dress fits PERFECTLY. I was simply amazed by quality and precision.
I do tailoring as a hobby, and I know when you make a dress is not so simple. I would give 10 stars if I would have that rating option. Well done Doris! Thanks a lot for making my daughter so happy.
