Relaxing, clean and good food. Friendly staff.

Even though it said can be used for more than 2 people and use the lounge entitlements, the guy in the front desk limited our entry into 2 people, even though i have 12 lounge entitlements.

It sucks!!!

It was easy to use and have many options to chose from.

It was our first time in the lounge and it exceeded all our expectations. Great service, delicious food and friendly and professional staff. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

We had a very good experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge using DragonPass. The access was smooth, the food and beverages good even though the place was crowded. The staff were cordial and efficient with making sure that the food was available and the tables cleared up so that patrons could find some space in the crowded area.

Easy barcode system. Enough options.

Great food and service.

Visited the Austrian business lounge after the custom clearance. The lounge was quite quiet at 8am and nice to have warm food. We ordered apple strudel and melange. The drinks also covered wine and beers.

Scanning yourself into a lounge is so smooth, it's hassle free and the service from the service providers is top notch.

I visited the Aspire Lounge at Perth International Airport, as I have many times before. It has great views of the Airfield and is usually reasonably quiet.
Service was good and I enjoyed a pre-flight glass of sparkling wine. Unfortunately, however, the Barista coffee machine was broken and the selection of hot food was not to the usual high standard.
That said, it was still a more pleasant way to spend the time waiting for the delayed flight, than sitting at the Gate.

Dragonpass is the ultimate experience and glamour. Definitely traveling more often in the future.

Although the lounges in the various airports varies in quality and amenities, generally we are very satisfied on the access to the longest afforded to us via dragon pass.

It allowed us to relax before our flights and to freshen up during transit times and take a shower to refreshen up.

Visited SATS in T3 with family.
On the admission counter, the lady officer was v polite to remind us that major crowds were enjoying inside the lounge but we are still able to join in if we want.
We registered with her and entered the lounge.
Adequate spread of variety choices but the dry mee Siam was v salty.
Mushroom soup was thick and nice
Laksa gravy was thick and nice
Scrambled egg was available
I was hopeful of Sunny eggs
Icing on the cake will be available of local coffee or tea tarik.
In General I will rate 4.5.

We used the No.1 lounge at Heathrow on 15 December. The lounge was quite full with a stream of customers seeking to gain access. The food and seating were generally fine although not up to the standard of the airline longes. The toilets however were disgusting and we ended up going into the terminal rather than face them. Overall would not recommend.

I USED MY DRAGON PASS IN CHANGI AIRPORT T2. I THINK THE LOUNGE NAME IS AMBASSADOR THAT CAN USE MY DRAGON PASS. THE STAFFS ARE VERY .NICE WHILE ENGANGING WITH US.

THE LOUNGE I WOULD SAY IS VERY DISSAPOINTED. THE FOODS ARE ALSO NOT GOOD. MOSTLY INDIAN FOODS AT THAT TIME. YOU HAVE TO MAKE YOUR OWN LAKSA INSTEAD OF BEING SERVED. I USED THE SHOWER, AND IT IS SO LOUSY AND KIND OF OLD AND DIRTY. THERE IS NO PLACE FOR YOU TO PUT YOUR BELONGINGS. THE TOWEL GIVEN IS ALSO LOOKS SO DIRTY.

First experience in the Bidvest Premier Lounge. Very impressed and was a great experience overall. Easy process to sign in and access the lounge.

I was pleasantly surprised to have gained dragonpass membership from having used my Mastercard to purchase international internal flights. I was able to easily redeem to lounge visits. The process to register, activate the membership and redeem lounge access was seamless and smooth. Thank you
