Ordered a bed, mattress, tv stand, coffee table.
Ordered a bed, a mattress, a large TV stand and a coffee table, £640+.. received an email to say it would be delivered wednesday 23rd september between 1:44pm and 6:14pm.. then the day before delivery i received a text stating the same though with a scheduled slot of 2:44pm and 3:44pm with a tracking link, though there was nothing and nobody to track it just showed my house location on a map and that is it. No items have arrived, no call to explain why, no communication what so ever, they do not answer the phone and no emails have been replied to, i have had to take the day off work to make sure i am in for delivery and i have wasted a day and lost earnings now because of their failure to communicate or even deliver the products i paid for.
I have now emailed to say i just want a refund for the prpducts that have never arrived and i will purchase items elsewhere when i get time as i can't take any more days off work to sit around for nothing again. First time using DHS and it will be my last, after reading other reviews i can see this is a pattern from them, the day after the delivery slot they emailed saying they were delivering that day and to make sure i was home! What an absolute joke! I was at work and so was my partner, i had to arrange for a friend to go to my house to receive the furniture, upon arrival the boxes were opened and there was damage to one of the items (scratches and a chipped edge to the TV stand and coffee table) i messaged them with images and they offered a partial refund.. a small 2.5% equalling £15 so i refuses and said that wouldn't cover the issue nor the problem with delivery being a day late, they then offered £30 refund for the issue but on the conditions that i delete this review!! I replied with that i won't be blackmailed to change my review to a Positive one or delete it on the basis of being offered a rubbish amount of refund.. and that is what it is.. blackmail. I stated i would reflect my review to be honest and not lie in order to mame it postive if it wasn't.. they stated that they wouldn't action the refund unless i confirmed i deleted the review first!!! Over a week later they have now emailed to ask if i will remove the review, I have screenshots of the emails where this exchange took place if anyone doubts their methods! They are absolutely diabolical, i have now updated this to reflect a true experience with this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Delivery Service is great
I recently purchased the Blisswood TV Unit from DHS and I’m very pleased with both the product and the delivery service.
A special mention to the delivery driver, Ignas Vir, who was absolutely brilliant. He kept me updated throughout with the delivery time, which was really helpful, especially as I wasn’t at home when the parcel arrived. He also took the time to make sure the parcel was well hidden and safely placed away.

Parcel left on display outside our house and was not there when i returned home. No authorisation was given to leave outside on display, was then threatened with police action as I had lost the parcel? Company seem to struggle to communicate in English without threatening. I would definitely recommend this…
I would definitely recommend this seller. I bought a bed. It was really good price for it and when I went to the checkout there was an additional discount. They deliver Monday to Saturday with a few hour delivery slot and the day before and on the day of delivery you get reminders. Mareks the delivery driver had send me a text message in the morning with more precise time slot and another message later saying that my stop is next. The bed came in 2 packages and was delivered to my doorstep. Mareks was very polite. And the bed....I love it. It was so easy to assemble.

I ordered Marble dinning table with four cream velvet chairs and it’s absolutely stunning and solid very easy to build .This is my second order from this company I ordered high gloss double wardrobe and that was solid as well there furniture is so well made and the prices are great and fast delivery.
