This is an awesome product, very durable, comfortable, easy to clean and they look great. Assembly is straightforward and comes with easy to follow instructions. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this product.

We ordered the White/Teak set. Shipping was very quick. Assembly wasn’t too bad, but I do think labeling on the legs could be better. Had to reassemble a couple of times. But they look great and we look forward to using them for years!

The chairs are great. They didn’t take much time to arrive (first order of 6 chairs took 1 week or so and second order of 2 chairs took several days only). Putting them together took a little while but wasn’t so bad. We got the Set of 8 - DuraWeather Poly® King Size Folding Adirondack Chairs Aruba blue.

I posted a negative review on their site that does not show up on the site. I think the posted reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. I received a bunch of parts that do not fit. The illustrations of the parts do not look like the parts that came. The assembly instructions were minimal and hard to read. I called their number for help during their regular hours and it was not in service. Their web site looks to be all about selling product with no customer support. So far I have been unable to contact anybody at DuraWeather to help with this problem.

We are so pleased with the quality and look of my counter set for my tiki hut. We could not believe how heavy the set was, we didn’t want something light that would blow away with a light Florida storm. We searched a long time, compared prices and quality and are so happy with the quality and look of our set.

I was missing a part and their Customer Service was great. I received a quick response and had the parts needed in a few days. Excellent product, excellent service.

We have six Adirondack chairs from Duraweather, they are hands down amazing. The chairs are high-en, well build and the two colors option are amazing. We are looking forward to purchasing a Tall ( 50”) Dinner table.

Nice chair. Durable and nice-looking. Well-packaged and easy to assemble. I had been buying cheap plastic Adirondack chairs, but they have always broken within a year. The Duraweather chairs are certainly more expensive but you get what you pay for and these chairs should last a lifetime, making them a good value. I bought four of them.

We bought 6 chairs for our back yard - 2 king size adirondacks and 4 swivel glider adirondacks. They did not disappoint. All 6 are absolutely gorgeous, solid and worth every pennny! We will absolutely not have to worry about these blowing away in the Las Vegas wind or crumbling in the hot sun. They are beautiful, comfortable and easy to clean. The gliders are just as well made as the stationary charis with excellent, smooth movement. We've absolutely no regrets buying these beauties! I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

The Adirondack chairs I ordered are super high quality and easy to assemble. On top of the high quality, I ordered 6 chairs at 230p and received them the very next day! Almost like magic. Highly recommend!

Since we have small kids everything needs to be sturdy, heavy and for us good looking. We saw this sets by the local college couple of years ago, they look same today too. Of course we got same chairs + dining set for ourselves!
Delivery took a bit of time, and the wrong part that was mistakenly sent to us was replaced with the right one very fast.

Got four gliders for our patio. Received when promised. Absolutely beautiful. They are comfortable, perfect combo with our fire pit. They have survived two wicked storms without a scratch. Highly recommend!

Purchased Duraweather folding Adirondack chairs for my outdoor patio and the quality is out of this world! Very impressed! Assembly was super easy. I would highly recommend DuraWeather and I will be purchasing more items for my Airbnb in the fall.

I ordered a 7 piece table and chairs set for $4400 from the Duraweather website. I received a Wild Ridge product. I immediately emailed Duraweather to get a refund since I wanted a duraweather product. I was told by Hainz that the site didn’t say it was a Duraweather product. Does it really need to say that when you order off the Duraweather website? I thought about keeping it until I opened the package and read the tools needed to assemble the product includes a cordless drill, tape measure, and mallet. I basically need to do everything that should be done at the factory to put it together. I again told Hainz that I wasn’t going to do this. He told me that the product should have been drilled at the factory and to send him back the piece that hadn’t been drilled and he would send me a replacement. The whole set is like that! Duraweather doesn’t even know the products it’s sending out. I sent Hainz a pic of the instructions to show him it all needed to be assembled. He told me I would have a 30% ($1320) restocking fee plus I will need to ship it back on my dime. There are two pallets worth of plastic here that would cost hundreds of dollars to return. Not to mention getting a truck and loading it. I’ve emailed Hainz back and forth for 8 days with no results. I called the customer service and for two days no one picks up the call for returns. So I call the purchase number and someone picks up right away. I told her I want to speak to a manager and she claims they don’t have phone numbers and won’t even give me a name. Don’t do business with this company!!

UPDATE: DuraWeather says that the instructions say you need these tools, and that is correct because I’m the one that sent them the instructions pic because they didn’t even know it. HOWEVER, you don’t get the instructions until after the delivery when you open the box. All of their policies are centered around not allowing you to return the product. Who is going to pay $200 for shipping and $1320 restocking fee to return a product that did not say you have to measure, drill, and mallet on the website. I would never have purchased this product if it said I had to do that. The only thing we can do to greedy companies like this is to not buy their products. Don’t buy their products!!

UPDATE 2: Because I have no other choice but to pay someone to measure and drill these holes to make sure it’s put together correctly, I accepted, via email to Hainz, DuraWeather’s offer of a free drill, rubber mallet, and tape measure to do the job. However, it’s been a week and I haven’t heard from anyone and haven’t received the materials. There’s absolutely no way to talk to these people except through email and they never respond.

What a great product and great company! Strong and durable product. As a resident of the NC Outer Banks, I have seen many, many Adirondack chairs, but none of them compare to the look and quality of this product. The variation of products and colors is very impressive and customer service is very responsive.

I’ve placed 4 orders with Duraweather in the last month. I continue to purchase from them because of the quality of the product and customer service. I’ve made gift purchases for my two adult children. The quality of their products ensures that they will appreciate their furniture items long after I’m gone. I had missing parts on one order but they were quick to remedy replacements. I also had a delivery address error (my mistake) and they assisted with correcting the problem before delivery. They provided timely shipping on all of my orders. Highly recommended.

I purchased 2 king size folding Adirondack chairs and was very impressed with the quality and thickness of the polywood. I had several interactions with customer service pre and post sale and in both instances they were very helpful. The folding functionality was a great feature should I need to stow them inside but I have no worries leaving them outside year round due to their weight and durability.

Build time took about 15-20 minutes per chair and the instructions were clear with all tools necessary provided.
