Ordering was very easy, the website offers a comprehensive list of sheds and options making it easy to choose your ideal shed.

Great online and ordering service including fully customising the shed. Not yet received but so far so good.

Good communication with queries in advance of order. Order process is very easy and the options to chose from offer lots of choice.

I have contacted Easysheds both online (email) and via phone, to ask questions I had before buying the shed. They have been super fast to reply to emails, and there's no waiting queues on the phone, straight away to a human to talk to that could answer my questions. I felt it wasn't a generic customer support triage system, I value that!

They have been really accommodating with my requests, assuring me how I could provide measurements of my doors to get the shed through, and that they could offer a cutdown service (at a cost) to facilitate installation.

The website is also impressive in terms of shed customisation. Anything not available on form options (such as custom location for a window) can go into a comment.

If anything, I'd allow more space for those extra comments (600 characters can be limiting).

These guys are the best example of how to do it right I've come across in a long time - every part of the process was good the shed (BEAST version) is excellent quality timber and very well/solidly built.

Excellent company & website so easy to use

I've spent a lot of time recently using the Easysheed website to try different sizes and layouts for my new shed. It's easy to use and gives lots of options. The chat has been effective when I've used it and this morning I confirmed my order after a phone call around some details. Everything has been handled professionally, politely and in a friendly manner. Recommended. Maybe a follow up after delivery ?

It was great to find a supplier who provides a bespoke build service and installation. Easy to use website, and when I made an error with my order, excellent and responsive customer service to cancel and re-order the correct shed.

One of only a few companies offering an installation service and flexibility to tailor your shed to your own spec which is a USP.

The website was very user-friendly and had choices to appropriately customize our shed. The price and lead time were both better than other shed-making companies offered. A straightforward experience to order.

Great website for configuring the shed. The only frustration was that there was no email address available, and when I used the online message page, I received no response by email. Also the 0845 number is a little expensive to use from my mobile phone.

I cant speak for the shed though, as it hasnt arrived yet.
