Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Less than a year old and the non stick coating comes off . Last night I did a cheese sauce and it was covered in the black non stick coating. I have looked after these pans . Correctly washed them and as a keen cook certainly not abused them. I think I will be throwing them out shortly. I wish I could post photos on here .
Abyssal quality . Nothing to commend them at all unless you want the coating in your food .

Fabulous pans

I had a great experience with Eaziglide's customer support. My original pan developed an issue with the non-stick coating after light use, and I contacted their team under the lifetime guarantee policy.
Victoria from Customer Services was exceptionally helpful, prompt, and clear in her communication. Since my original 28cm model was out of stock, she seamlessly processed an alternative for me as a replacement.

Great product, amazing service
I purchased an Eaziglide casserole pot a few years ago from John Lewis, fantastic product for the price. Sadly a small portion of the non-stick coating delaminated, I contacted Eaziglide who shipped a replacement within 24 hours - amazing customer service!

Great baking trays - totally recommend
I absolutely love these baking trays and on fact I have three. They are the best baking trays I have owned. The non-stick has been brilliant. The oldest ones I have are five years old, I use them every day and I noticed that food was starting to stick. However these trays have a lifetime guarantee so I just contacted the company with my proof of purchase and they replaced both the trays I was having trouble with. So I now have two nice new trays and they are fantastic. I would absolutely recommend these baking trays. Great customer service and the warranty is totally worth having.
