Eco Installer and Service Ltd Reviews

The whole team were professional from start to finish. We love our Airsource pump and they did a great job on the bathrooms as well.
Highly recommended.

I contacted Becki as my heating kept getting an error message, Becki was so helpful and got Chris to FaceTime me and talk me through operating and restarting my heating system. He was very patient and explained everything so thoroughly that I was confident enough to restart the system when it failed by myself. Becki then followed up the next morning to see if all was well. I cannot thank them both enough and would definitely recommend this business, they went above and beyond. Terrific customer Service.

We had an air source heating system installed by a less than reputable tradesman who promptly disappeared when the system broke down. Eco installer were prepared not only to look at the "cowboy's" work but also to rectify issues and, because we needed a new heatpump, issue a 7 year warranty.
They were knowledgeable, wanted to get to the bottom of the problems and nothing was going to get in their way. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional throughout. Finally, we have a working system which provides adequate heating and peace of mind.
We have already recommended eco installer to friends and neighbours

We couldn’t have asked for a better team than Eco Installer! From the moment we reached out about setting up our new shop, they went above and beyond, and helped us with plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and everything in between.

They’re always quick, efficient, and ready to assist with everything we need. An incredible team to work with—great communication and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

The team were really responsive and designed and implemented the installation according to our wishes. We now have a 30 panel system and battery that should see us right for many years. Good job all!

Would highly recommend.
Great service, professional, helpful and friendly team.
Bathrooms, ASHP and general plumbing.

It can be difficult to find a reliable and knowledgeable air source heat pump system servicing company. There seems to be a lot of installers, but when it comes to looking after an installed system, that's where the trouble starts. Worry not though - here is a company whose engineers actually know their trade and, on two occasions now, have made my system more efficient. I highly recommend them, based on two years experience. In fact the engineer found a potentially dangerous wiring fault that could have led to a fire!

Pump system was installed two years ago. Always have had good, friendly, professional service. Very knowledgeable about the product and lovely office staff. Would highly recommend.
