Oliver and Paul we're great, very efficient and polite, they worked hard and were keen for me to see the results.
However after they had left and I was cleaning up I noticed that two towels in the bathroom were absolutely filthy. After one or both of them had used the bathroom. It would have been more acceptable if he (they) had mentioned it and apologised but they didn't just left it for me to find, my wife was absolutely livid. Because of this I have deducted a Star
