Harry, Paul and Raymond came today on time, removed my spray foam, treated timbers and applied eco quilt, really friendly mob and very helpful done a fantastic job and kept the place nice and tidy. Would highly recommend these lads

I am writing about work carried out by Eco Efficient Installations Ltd at my 83-year-old father-in-law’s property just over two months ago.
He was charged £3,944 for wood treatment using wood impregnator and foil insulation. We only became aware of the situation recently, when he told us what had happened. Having since inspected the loft, I am concerned about the standard and completeness of the work. The foil lining appears to not cover parts of the roof space, leaving areas exposed.
We also understand that the work took approximately two hours. Given the scope of the work quoted, which included wood impregnation treatment and foil lining, we are struggling to understand how all the work could have been completed properly in such a short time. Based on what we have seen, we have concerns about whether the work was completed to the standard that should reasonably be expected for a charge of £3,944.
Eco Efficient Installations dispute my original statement about cold-calling. It says that an independent surveyor contacted the company and arranged the work at the property. I cannot independently verify precisely how the appointment was arranged, so I want to clarify that point rather than present it as an undisputed fact.
The contract signed on the day of survey and payment receipts bears the company’s details, and we hold the receipt and guarantee. The nearly £4,000 payment is now the subject of a dispute with the bank.
My concerns are about the substantial cost, the apparent incompleteness of the work, the short time taken to carry it out and the circumstances in which my family came to pay such a significant sum.
Based on what I have seen at the property, I cannot recommend this company

The work has been done without any fuss or issues. WE look forward to the improvements this will give to our home.

Harry and raymond arrived on time and removed excess foam out my loft, they then treated the rafters with properla and also fitted eco quilt. Job looks very good, im so pleased with the outcome. Lovely lads.

Vinny and Adam addressed the huge job with ease, no mess explaining everything . Sent time at the end to show videos pics etc,

Beware; these reviews are paid for by the Company. Harry & Harvey were very courteous and helpful, BUT didn't clean up, or remove the old insulation, as agreed. Effectiveness of the work remains to be seen.

adam and harvey were both very polite and kept us informed throughout the job so we were aware of each process very efficient and tidy work

Harry and Olly arrived at my house on time. Applied Eco quilt insulation and impregnated my rafters with woodperla. Very polite set of chaps and the work was done to a very good standard. I was watching them throughout the whole process and I wasn’t disappointed. Would highly recommend eco efficient installations

Speedy and effective installation by Kane and Adam, of foil protection in loft, and exterior Clear Coat Permaseal and colour coat polar white paint of relevant sections.

Harry and Adam arrived promptly introduced themselves and quickly proceeded getting on with the work. End result was shown via photos and video I’m well impressed with what they have done . Would highly recommend company 👍
