BEWARE OF IMPERSONATORS
Is this company legitimate?
Tried to ring, says “you have not been given access to this service. 0137667922
Try online form on their site
Says “ Your submission failed because of an error.”
Had a tele-call from salesperson saying they had previously installed my wall insulation and would use a camera infra red, to check. They had not. Promised an extra 10 years with their certificate. Untrue?
Came yesterday no camera, just a sales pitch claiming loft insulation had 33% moisture. It hasn’t.
£8522 if I say yes and sign up now it £1644 less.
All I wanted to do to see if ‘John Wilson, and ‘Kane’ were employed by this company.
Yet the company has 4.9 TP rating!
Does not add up.
Thank you for the invitation to contact you, but how? As I said the telephone no (as above) even now still says “sorry you have not been given access to this service.“, and it is not possible to use your chat facility as I stated,
I still feel I was being scammed by the person telephoning me, and who visited. IF it was your company then I blame you. If not, you should be aware of crooks using your name. What is so odd is the alleged good reviews that gives the excellent 4.9 score.
I now believe a company is genuine and that some other rogue traders were using their name. There are some issues in that their website does have one telephone number incorrect and the message doesn’t work but I feel that the company may will be genuine. I see other people have been scanned by people trading on this company’s name. I have not used the company so I cannot give her true review of their service but be careful. NEVER SIGN UP ON A SALES PERSON’S VISIT TO THE HOME WITH THIS OR ANY OTHER COMPANY, ALWAYS GET A SECOND AND THIRD COMPARISON QUOTE, RING THE COMPANY AND MAKE SURE WHO YOU’RE HANDING MONEY REALLY IS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS COMPANY.
