If you’re thinking of going to this company, do not. They are very unprofessional and rude. Had a problem regarding my bill and the representative and supervisor were laughing at me over the phone because they added charges on my bill and first offered a Amazon gift card when has nothing to do with the bill and when I told them that they started laughing. Very unprofessional from their representative to their supervisors. Com ed had to come on the line to cancel my account and bring my balance back to normal. An individual who doesn’t know much about electricity they really try to get one over on you. So if you decide to change company don’t they will try to get you under your will.

Here is the scoop, those positive reviews are likely individuals who work for the company. They called today (3rd time this month!) and were relentlessly trying to get my Peco account number. It’s a scam, almost all these “energy saver, green energy” companies are anymore. They hook you with a low rate and then jack up prices and you are stuck paying a bill hundreds of dollars more than your original. Stay away from them, do not give them your information and ask them not to call you anymore, although they more than likely will continue to bug you over the phone and with door-to-door sales people.

Do not sign with this company. My PPL bill was 120/m, for five months with Eco Plus averaged 600/m! In September this year my bill was 903/m! I’m retired and my spouse just died. Do not work with them

Your company charged me 97.00 per month when I was only paying $30 with Com Ed. Scammers

Best switch I ever made! The rep I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. When I got my first bill it was about 30% cheaper just like I was told, I waited for my second bill and again it was much cheaper. If you are considering signing up with Eco Plus Power I would highly recommend.

The service is slow, unprofessional, and the staff was rude. I would strongly advise against using their services. Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied. Very high prices never go with them...

Lied to me on the phone to try and get me to switch to their service. Very misleading! Pretended to be Duke Energy!

To whomever considering enrollment with this company, please be aware. This company will save on your utility bill, but you will pay an outrageous amount in fees, transfer costs, and other fees associated with their account. I went from paying $50 per month in electricity with PECO then transferred to EcoPlus Power, thinking to lessen my carbon foot print. Well, my bill increased to nearly $250 to $300 per month. If I didn't cancel them when I did, I would have been looking to try and pay off a $1200 electricity bill for 3 months of usage. So, you have been warned. If I could post all of my utility bills before EcoPlus Power and during my very brief period with them. I am still struggling to pay them off along with student loan payments. This company being a scam is a misnomer. This company is a predator! Game wrong with this company and you'll either be in the dark with candles or your long lost uncle is named, Warren Buffet. I hope this helps someone before committing. Do your homework. I didn't and I am paying for that mistake... big time!

My charge per kilowatt went from 14 to almost 22 in one month. Stay away from them!!!
