DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered one of their mobility scooters which took nearly three months to arrive. When it did get here, it was unassembled and I had to hire someone to assemble it for me at an additional cost of $260. The instructions were useless and he found it hadn't been put together properly to begin with so he had to take it apart, fix it and reassemble it.
I then used it all of three times before it broke down and I'm unable to get it fixed.
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Pilates reformer from Eeza Home. The online ordering process was smooth and easy to navigate, with clear information about the product and pickup options. I opted for the upgraded model as the leg height is adjustable and in the Aqua blue colour. It’s amazing and the price was extremely good compared to others I had looked at. I chatted to the Perth warehouse using their online chat bot and they were extremely responsive. Once my order was ready, I arranged to collect it from their Welshpool warehouse myself, a hour later. The whole process was very straightforward. The staff were friendly, organised, and helpful when I arrived, making the pickup quick and hassle-free. The reformer itself is excellent quality and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m actually enjoying exercising!! Overall, it was a really positive experience from start to finish, and I’d happily recommend Eeza Home to anyone looking to purchase a Pilates reformer online.

Really poor quality fold out sofa bed, absolutely rubbish, compared to the item on the website.
Rip off merchants
Horrible quality of product service none existent.
I think they just try and make it as hard as possible so you give up on getting your money back.

We ordered 3 items, which took longer than their delivery time frame. 2 items arrived ok, but concerning that boxes were quite damaged.
3rd item a fold out sofa, the metal feet were badly damagaed and even had rust spots and the quality and basic materials used meant that we found the item to be poor quality and unusable, we have confirmed with them to get a refund, but are now arguing about who should pay return shipping costs, when their policy says they will cover it, not to mention the shipping costs almost as much as the sofa! They do not honour their refund and returns policy and the products provided are very average quality. I will not be dealing with this company for any further products. You should just shut your doors now for good!

Pre ordered a bed back in September
Pre ordered a bed back in September. Been waiting almost 4 months for it to arrive. Still waiting. Was told at 9 week there was a delay due to hurricane/weather conditions and offered a partial refund of $10 which I declined as I believed it was on the way. Now that the bed has finally arrived in Australia Susan has emailed me saying they need another $100 because the website had the wrong price when I purchased the bed.
Nothing was said to me about this when I spoke with Charlotte on the 20/11 about where the bed was.
I’m not going to give them anymore money. If they won’t honour the original price I paid almost 4 months ago I would like a refund so I can go elsewhere.
Scam!! Product hasn’t shipped after 1 months
I ordered the Pilates reformer from their website on 30 November. At the time of the order the black machine was in stock and the sale went through. Was expecting it about two weeks later for a Xmas present. I contacted the customer service team, they informed me that the item was no longer in stock, even though it was when I ordered and other colours on the website were listed as not in-stock. I had to choose a different colour on the 18th and they still haven’t shipped. It’s unacceptable, I’ll be chasing a refund, seems like a scam. Reviewing the below, they seem quicker to resolve customer complaints on line rather then focusing on customer orders

The product came with no instructions…
The product came with no instructions just a QR code, which when followed wasn't even the same cabinet. Half the holes weren't aligned or were non-existent and the screws didn't match any of the uses. We had to try and mcgyver everything just to get it semi structural. Three days in and we are still trying to put it together. I've never had a flat pack be this rediculous. Very disappointed given what we paid for it. I'm not even sure if we can finish building the pieces are so badly done.

Non compliant sink which plumbers…
Non compliant sink which plumbers refused to install!
I purchased a two in one hand basin and mop sink for a small commercial kiosk fitout. Having confirmed with the local representative that it was Australian standards compliant, I ordered the sink.
When plumbers went to install, they look for Australian Watermark on sink and faucets with none to be found so refused to install it. I contacted the company requesting compliance certificate only to be told someone would get back to me. The project supervisor also called given urgency to install the item to open the store and was told it would take a month to get...in short there was no compliance certificate.
I am shocked that this company, a national one at that, is able to sell non compliant products in Australia and then on top of it claiming it is compliant to get the sale.
I have requested a full refund and have had no response so will be taking the matter further with consumer affairs.
*DO NOT BUY anything from this company unless you want to be disappointed receiving cheaply manufactured non compliant products

They sent me a faulty scooter. They then asked me to fix it myself or get it fixed. They sent the wrong parts. After 6 weeks I still don't have a working scooter. I got fed up so asked them for a new working scooter. They lied and said they don't have any. They're telling customers they have plenty in stock on their trade me auction. Am now demanding a full refund and will be taking further action against this company.

I am absolutely delighted with it.
It looks great and goes perfectly.
Scooter Scam Do Not Buy Off Them
My 14yr old son saved his hard earned and birthday money to buy the 2000W Dual Motor 11-inch, Electric Scooter Under 2months ago. It was very rattly, found the Scooter very loose, the steering column loose and broke. It is Very dangerous even when fully tightened. My son went to school on it as he usually does and as he was going about 25km, he went to turn and the steam broke. I am so grateful he didn't get seriously hurt. I have sent E-mails and called and kept getting no response and been told lies.
Many other people have had the same / similar issues.
I will give them a little bit more time to resolve this issue otherwise will be taking them to the small claims court advising Trade me which they will ban them on their site and the government agencies to get this scooter banned in NZ for safety and non-compliance.
