ESCOOTER SCAM

Received 2000w escooter with wobbly steering and the whole deck moves side to side. Will not respond to any emails of mine over the past month. Absolute scam. Fell off while using this and wrecked myself because of the faults. Do not buy from this company.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS

Purchased a $800 scooter for my son for his birthday. Put it together to find the steering super loose and dangerous even when fully tightened. There are so many rattles, we can hear him coming from a mile away. Even had a bike shop check we tightened everything correctly who said it’s faulty. Called & told to send an email to customer service. Sent an email with video to never hear back. Do not buy from this company. Do not think because they are in Auburn they are a shop. I drove there - It’s a shell company operating out of a factory bay. Complete junk. Spend your money elsewhere.

Useless and unresponsive company- do not buy

Sold me an ebike with no battery in the box. Tires appear used. NO response from the customer service email. When I called the number can do nothing except refer me to the customer service email that doesn't respond, and tell me this has "never happened before because the QC is very good". Do not deal with this company

Deceptive Drop Shipping Practices - Avoid

I ordered a Hi-Fi cabinet and didn't realise that Eeeza Home was drop shipping company. They use the term 'pre-order' on their website with no explanation of what that means or a timeframe for delivery. No big deal, I'd just need to wait a bit longer for it. But after waiting four weeks with no contact from them, I reached out to them via email. A day later they confirmed my item had arrived in Australia and was awaiting domestic shipping - it would be one week away from being delivered. No problem, I thought. Two more weeks went by and I heard nothing again. So I emailed them mentioning deceptive drop shipping practices the ACCC and opened a PayPal dispute to recover my purchase cost. They emailed back after a couple of days and claimed that they could provide a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee because they had already procured the item - outrageous. At about the same time, I received a response from Eeeza Home via PayPal offering a full refund or option to wait a bit longer as there had been a delay and the item wasn't actually in Australia yet. I opted for the refund and they issued it almost immediately. Don't deal with this company, but if you do, use PayPal. I purchased an alternative Hi-Fi cabinet from Temple & Webster who I have never had an issue with.

Product undelivered

i ordered a portable power station from them. i waited for weeks,and have monitored their tracking service. i was so excited when it finally updated that it was out for delivery. a few days passed without an update, and suddenly said that it had been delivered. Needless to say I've not received my order. i have emailed them multiple times, without a response. the number they have on their website is, I'm assuming a bogus number. please consider before buying from them

Do not buy from this store it’s a scam you won’t receive your items happy to take your money like any scammer but when you wait for weeks for items that state delivered and it hasn’t and they refuse to help you or ignore you for weeks on end that’s another story il be taking my complaint further

Eeeza home isnt great as a company

waited 4 weeks for a product to come from overseas apparently, only to be delivered a day after i was told it was coming, upon opening it,broken panels, the glass doors only just hanging on, chips on every panel,was advised they wanted to just replace the panel and it will take another 30 days, i have asked for a refund, only to be advised from customer service that goes by christin, saying i have only supplied her with 1 photo of a damaged panel, and under the policy it isnt refundable. so i have had to involve department of fair trade, and ill be happy to go to small claims court. i have supplied over 15 photos showing all the damage. i also have had to screenshot all the back and forth emails as you can not get anyone on the phone to discuss. so buyer beware they will take your money, deliver crappy products and then refuse to refund, i purchased this as a housewarming gift for my daughter, she is upset with what has been delivered to her new place,and im dissapointed that i have put her through this crappy experience.
