I’ve got to say I’m pretty disappointed with the egg 2, for £1400 I expected a lot more for the money. The isofix base had to be sent back as the car seat kept getting stuck (they quickly sent a replacement but you don’t expect that for all that money) the car seat part of the pram does not feel sturdy at all, it’s hard to get into the adapters and the baby doesn’t feel secure in it. The new egg is supposed to last until they’re 18 months I cannot see it, he barely has any room left in the Moses basket and he cannot go into the stroller part until he is 6 months but he is currently 12 weeks old!

The under part of the pram hardly carries any bags it’s very shallow and isn’t ideal for shopping. The cup holder is an additional £20 and it fell off and got lost after one time!

The carry bag clips onto the handles of the pram and the straps all drag on the floor, again poor design.

The pram is supposed to stand on its own when collapsed, it doesn’t. I have a 4x4 with a big boot, and the pram barely fits, you certainly can’t go shopping and have the pram as there is no room for bags, gos knows how it will be with the stroller part as that’s much bigger than the Moses basket.

Putting the cover down on the car seat is really hard as is putting the handles down as you have to use two hands not ideal when trying to reach across the baby in the car seat to do this. Very poor design

Overall I’d give this pram a 6/10 and value for money 3/10. Wouldn’t buy another one

Amazing System, stylish, durable, solid, easy to use and comfortable as all our little monster does is sleep in each bit we put him in!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't put into words how disappointed I am with the egg 2 bundle we purchased.
I would urge everyone shopping for a pram to visit a showroom and test multiple models to ensure you're getting a quality product (push them, have a go at putting up and down, practice putting the car seat into the pram, have a go at the fastening etc).
I was was unable to do this sadly due to covid restrictions and am so disappointed with my choice.

The Egg 2 looks great and delivery was on time but now that the baby has arrived and we've started using everything we've realised that the functionality is poor and very awkward and to use, so much so I have bought a baby sling to use as I don't want the stress of using the egg 2 and don't have the money to invest in an alternative travel system.

The car seat and isofix are great no issues there.
When you try using the car seat with the chassis however it's very awkward to line up and fix into place. It's not just me experiencing the issue as there are YouTube videos with ways of making it work. One mum actually asked me in a shop how I managed to fit the car seat into the pram and she told me that she was advised by another parent to use vasaline to help fix the car seat in place as the firting is tight. Getting the car seat out of the pram is even more of an issue and can get frustrating. You have to push 2 little awkward buttons each side of the seat at the same time and pick the seat up, it's OK if there are 2 of you but very awkward if you're alone and it just gets worse as your baby gets bigger and heavier.

The pram part looks great but the sides of ours kept collapsing. The pram inside is made of what looks like corrugated card and there are small plastic polls/sticks holding up the sides, for some reason mine kept coming out of place and the sides would just slump. This kept happening from when my baby was a Newborn so it wasn't a weight issue, just poor quality parts that kept falling out of place. They were easy to fix but just annoying that I would have to stop during a walk and have to take the sides of the pram up to fix something that should be sturdy.
Also the zips on the bib and hood jam into the pram fabric really easily.

The pushchair again looks great.
I started using it at Christmas time but the harness is very fiddly to put together and adjust.

The pram drives well and is nice to push. The wheels can be set to forward facing or 360 rotation. It's easy to put up and down but it's quite heavy so you do need 2 hands.

The pram and pushchair were too big for my boot so I would advise trying it out before committing to purchasing, I drive a range rover and assumed there would be ample space for all the pram but there isn't, the chassis goes in the boot and other parts in the back seat next to the baby.

All in all I wish I'd recycled my mamas and papas travel system from my first son as it was much more user friendly, lighter and more compact. I feel like the Egg2 looks good but the finer details have not been thought out very well. I would not recommend to any expectant parents.

This pram is second to none in that it’s easy to use, height adjustment is great, carrycot is a good size and it’s very stylish to look at.

I’ve had 4 boys and all different prams - males and models but I find the Egg2 unbeatable. We use ours most days for long walks and it’s also in and out the car.

I couldn’t recommend it more.

We had the original Egg for our second baby.. Could not fault it in the slightest and used it up until she was walking and not needing it as much! We recently bought the Egg2 for our third baby and oh my it is out of this world!! It stands out from the crowd wherever we go! We absolutely adore it. I cannot wait to see what egg come out with In the future!! A must have for any parent old or new!

As a mum of 7, I've owned a lot of prams, and this has by far been the best pram I've ever owned.
The suspension and Tru ride technology in the wheels, means everything feels super smooth and cushioned.
My newborn barely felt a bump regardless of whatever terrain we took on.

The fabrics feel soft and plush, and give off an air of high quality, and the beautiful chrome chassis definitely turns heads!
I lost count of the amount of times I was asked about it when out and about.

I currently own a Bugaboo Donkey 3 and in all honesty if I could trade it in for another Egg Stroller, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
The Egg runs rings around the Donkey.

If you're considering this pram, just buy it!
You won't regret it!

I purchased the Egg2 Quartz bundle back in November. There were significant delays in receiving this. Our little girl actually arrived before we had received all the items. Which meant after paying £1400 for a pram, my partner and i, still had to purchase an additional carseat on top of this in order to bring our baby home from the hospital. The Egg social media pages wasn’t interested, neither was the shop I purchased it from. Kept getting fobbed off. Blaming covid. Wait times changed more than i can remember, with no updates. We were constantly having to chase Egg & the shop we bought it from.
The pushchair is very nice to look at. However it is very bulky, chunky & heavy. It is very poor quality. There is a slight crack in our handle (taking in to consideration we actually hardly use the pushchair due to being in the car!) the carseat hood also snapped within about 3months. Again Egg are not interested neither are the shop we bought it from. Absolutely disgusting service all way round. I would never recommend or buy another. Next time i will go with a cheaper brand that is just as ‘good’ if not even better quality!!
So disappointing to say it’s one of the more expensive prams.

I have an egg stroller and whilst I love the look of it I’m hugely disappointed with the product!
It was purchased by my grandmother who has unfortunately passed away so I am not sure where or when purchased!
My just turned 12 month old was in this pram 2 days ago and whilst we was walking, the clip for reclining the seat clearly broke and he ended up falling backwards in his seat!
Since then - I have googled and is a common fault!
I have spoken to customer services today and they said regardless as to if it was in warranty or not, we’d have to pay £75 to get it fixed!
He also just said… these things happen!
He also explained I wouldn’t get anywhere in a shop without a receipt…. Well I’m sorry but I haven’t complained about the basket or the material being out of shape - but when the mechanism breaks and is dangerous… and a common fault…. You should be replacing the item - not charging customers to fix it!

It’s dangerous and made my baby very upset being thrown back to nearly upside down whilst sat in his chair!
The netting for the basket clips have broken and the material at the back of the chair is not straight and im told that’s due to how it’s stored (the back plastic part is out of shape)
For paying £1000 for the pram id expected much better quality!
And as for customer services - it’s atrocious! It’s clearly a well known fault and dangerous! They should be replacing the item - not charging £75 for repair when it’s clearly a fault with the product! I’d expect better from customer services!
AVOID!

We have loved our Egg2 in Olive since we started using it in March. It’s easy to manoeuvre and put together and we can’t wait to see how our daughter likes it as she gets bigger. Also the staff on their Instagram have been really quick to answer my question and help me out!

After paying nearly £1000 I expected much better quality! In three months of using, the catch on the seat stopped working. I googled this, and found out that it is a common and known fault, and even the company is aware of it. But as it was out of the warranty period ( bought it when pregnant, than first used the carrycot for 6 months, and than changed to seat) they could offer a repair for £75. Seriously? First spend £1000, and than pay extra for a fault which is well known to the manufacturer? Would never recommend this product to anyone !

What an amazing pushchair! So lovely to push it just glides! I’m tall so the extendable handle is perfect!
Very lightweight, compact and easy to fold down to put into car. SO EASY WITH ONE HAND!
The foot muff and liners are really high quality and so snugg highly recommend.
The Egg Car seat is by far the best also very highly recommended so much padding for safety and so much room also high quality and looks stunning as the fabric matches the pushchair too! So happy with it all and I’ve tried silver cross and quinny prams in the past but the Egg wins hand down by far!

My daughter bought her egg stroller second hand and it is a beautiful pram. Unfortunatley after 8 months the catch on the chair stopped working. Egg arranged collection repair and returned the chair within the week fully working all for £75.
