After receiving my new Palm Router I realised that it did not have a collet to fit my existing imperial router bits. Contacted Einhell services to find where I could obtain one, and was informed they stock reducer sleeves to do that job and would arrange for one to be posted to me. Promptly two days later it arrived in the post. I can now use all my existing bits at no extra cost. Excellent service. I wish all companies were as pleasant to deal with.

I had the pleasure of Emily helping me to get my warranty cover in place for the products I recently purchased.

All I can say is that from start to finish and all within the space of ten minutes everything was sorted.

I actually bought my tools from Amazon so cant really rate einhell for delivery but I felt I had to rate them on the tools themselves. I’ve tried all the other major brands of one battery fits all tools and to be honest didn’t think they’d be that fantastic as some the cheapest tools on the market what with money a big concern as I'm disabled now. But from the first time I held one these tools a drill/driver in fact and fitted the battery from the second it when clunk and locked in I knew these were something else. I now have 5 various drills,2 impact drivers, orbital and mouse sander, 150mm circ saw, air blower, recirculating saw and the portable bandsaw with base. everyone of these items is excellently built to the highest spec and quality. Totally marvellous and all this praise from an ex Bosch fan.

I had an issue with the auto feed on my strimmer not working. I phoned up and spoke to candice who was very professional and helpful.
The parts I needed came to about £2 in total, but as a gesture of goodwill, I was told there was no charge ( postage was more than the items ordered ).
I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend einhell

It was fantastic and a refreshing change to receive great customer service. Especially as this was after disastrous support from Toolchimp, where the purchase was made originally. I took the step of contacting Einhell UK direct, and Emily has been superb with timely comms and going the extra mile to help find a solution. At a time when I was not going to use Einhell or Toolchimp again, I can definitely say after the customer service I wouldn’t hesitate in further Einhell products.

I ordered a strimmer via Amazon and it arrived on a Friday. On opening the packaging I found the fastening screw was missing. As it was after working hours I contacted Amazon and all they offered was a partial refund there was no attempt to offer to send a screw ordered to get one. However after contacting Einhell helpline, they acknowledged receipt of my e-mail (on a Saturday)and onto the Monday we're posting out a fastener screw to me. What excellent after sales service, thank you very much.

I ordered a refurbished demolition breaker which came and was missing a chisel, I contacted Einhell through eBay and Candice was extremely helpful and send out a replacement, keeping me updated along the way.

I am so sorry that I thought the drill was coming out of your store. Because when I had seen it on the website it showed all of your products which is on your original website, but of course it looks like now it was a scam. I have a drill belonging to the Einkell. Co and it's a very good quality and of course I would be happy to help other people to order your product.

I ordered a refurbished garden blower but unfortunately the battery and charger had been left out.I contacted Einhell via eBay and had a very quick response from Candice. I sent a photo as asked and Candice actioned a replacement the same day.

I needed 2 screws to fix the guard on my hedge trimmer. After logging the request online I had a response within 10 mins and the screws arrive less than 24 hours later . They are no fixing the guard. Excellent Service from Einhell.

Without a doubt, the best service I've had from any company for many a year.
Emily was very efficient and helpful, after a brief discussion about the fault symptoms with my robot mower, suggested that the transformer was more than likely the fault and arranged for a replacement, under warranty. It arrived the next morning, after replacing the old one my mower is now running perfectly.
Such a pleasure to be able to promptly speak to a helpful adviser to resolve the issues in this day and age, where other companies go out of their way to reduce costs, service and make it difficult to even make contact.

I bought a re-packaged pneumatic hammer drill which has already proven brilliant. However on arrival there were two small issues. One of the red plastic latches for the case had broken, and the tip of the pointed chisel attachment was broken....clearly someone had used it, broken it and returned the whole thing. I contacted Einhell, had a reply in a few hours and replacement parts delivered in less than 2 days.
Outstanding service and I will be seeking out Einhell products in future.
