The company really listened to our circumstances and then provided specific guidance based on our needs. They responded promptly to all our questions and were always available.

I cannot recommend this Company enough. The help they gave me, especially Penny was second to none. Mom lives in UK and I live in Ireland. Mom is 96 years old had a stroke and fell at home. Mom didn't want to return home, she wanted to go into a nursing home. The hospital refused, even though it was self funding. Penny helped me deal with the hospital and get mom into a nursing home and put me in contact with an insurance company to see if they would insure mom's fees. I can't thank Penny enough for helping mom and me through this stressful time. They were with mom and me from March last year to October helping through the transitions.

The support from Michael and the team over the last year as I have worked my way through the minefield of managing Mum and Dad’s affairs, from finding a care home to dealing with their finances has been invaluable. When the house sale didn't go according to plan I was given the time and space to get things back on track and never put under any pressure, but whenever I sought input from the team their response time was excellent. The report was comprehensive and gave me all the information I needed to come to a decision. I really cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone needing to secure funding for a relative's care, although this particular product may not suit everyone. It is such a relief for all the family to know that my parents' future is secure and they are receiving such excellent care that will continue for as long as it is needed.

From the outset, Nicky and Tracy proved to be knowledgable, efficient, helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent - always on hand to answer questions and with no pressure. I found Eldercare via a link from our care home company website. Their video was very helpful. I rang and had a chat with Tracy, chewed it over and then decided to get the quotes. Having a centralised system for all four potential suppliers makes this process very smooth. We got four quotes and I received Eldercare's report which was very helpful. I had various questions to check my understanding and help me choose which option to go for. I emailed these questions to Nicky, received an initial response very quickly and then we talked about them over the phone. There was no pressure - it was advice rather than sales. The annuity has now been purchased and we are comfortable with our decision. I shall be recommending them to our IFA (who had limited experience of this very specialised area). I was originally sceptical about buying an annuity to cover Mum's care home fees after she was diagnosed with dementia earlier this year. I needn't have worried!
