I am very happy to highly recommend Eldercare. Nicky and her team have all been excellent. Roger initially provided me with clear information and a video which was very informative and helped the decision process. They worked efficiently from start to finish. Tracy and Nicky have been keeping me informed all the way. They have all been professional and clearly are experts in their field.

Both Nicki and Tracy at Eldercare were so helpful in obtaining and providing us with all the information we needed regarding the Annuity care package for my dad.

I quickly discovered that sorting out a Life Time Care Annuity Plan for my mother was one of the most stressful situations I have ever had to handle. When you consider that you are cashing in thousands of pounds worth of your mother’s stocks, shares, ISAs etc. to buy one single product with the aim of it providing Care Home fees cover for the remainder of your mother’s life, you suddenly realise you get one shot at purchasing the correct Annuity, or of making a complete mess of things and buying an Annuity which turns out to be “not fit for purpose”, mainly because of the many scenarios you did not have the knowledge to consider ahead of buying the product.
Step in Eldercare Solutions Limited who, from my very first contact with them, made me realise there actually are people out there that you can rely upon and trust to do a good job with the combined best interests of you, your parents, their estate and, of course, their own company without weighting any decision unfairly on any one side. Eldercare guided me through the products available from four companies, gave me impartial advice on what might work, what events I might want to consider, what might happen in the longer term and how to minimalise the impact this may have on both the annuitant, their estate and family members and a raft of other circumstances I had not taken into account.
I am delighted to say that through Eldercare’s excellent advice and professionalism, I am very happy with the type of Annuity I bought my mother which will pay her Care Home fees for the remainder of her life without any redress for funding from family members and has given all of us peace of mind. I opted for the slightly more expensive Annuity which pays a 6% price increase on the anniversary of the product which, having read the small print on the Care Home’s Residency Agreement, was needed to cover the Care Home’s standard annual 5.5% per care fee increase. Based on my experience, I would recommend using Eldercare to anyone wishing to purchase such an Annuity.

Eldercare have provided us with invaluable assistance and advice in arranging long-term care provision for our mother. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I contacted Eldercare Solutions Ltd for specialist advice when my elderly father suddenly went from living independently to requiring full-time residential care. His financial circumstances were such that he would have to self-fund the full cost of his care.
