My first experience with Eldercare was with Penny who was recommended to me by a friend. Penny is so kind, easy to talk to and gave good professional advice. I was quite daunted by the responsibility of finding financial security for the future for my Mother who had already been in a care home for a year before I was introduced to the idea of an annuity. I have been treated with respect, kindness an my many questions and concerns were answered patiently. Tracy also dealt with everything professionally and guided me through the last part of the process. I feel I can always call on the team if I have any concerns in the future.
