Service as always is excellent, easy to speak with and any questions are answered, also a vast array of stock, not just Japanese Koi, anything you would need, the fish are a big added bonus!!

Chris and Tracey always been so happy to chat and help me with any issues or concerns. Always very welcoming , lovely lovely selection of Koi for all types of keeper and supporting product range excellent .I would recommend paying them a visit to see for yourself.

Chris and Tracy was very helpful to start with. However when I sent my wife in to the shop Chris was a horrible to her as well as Tracey! It was very important that we needed information from them about KH. Again they was rude to my wife and they are very over priced. Never the less we now use mother of aquatic and they did help us.
Chris and Tracey have now blocked all my family from the site it's there lost not are. I've seen these last 12 months you have lost some of your staff and you wounded why.

As always the service that Chris provides is excellent. His fish are very high quality Japanese koi, and every koi that I've purchased have grown into lovely looking fish. If you want high quality service take a trip to see Chris at Elite Koi in Grimsby, you won't be disappointed.

Friendly staff with every thing I wanted in stock

Great shop! I bought an Eazypod from them and they took the time to show me around the shop/stock, explain everything properly, and give me honest advice. Excellent service and just a really nice experience, would happily recommend.

We've only been a couple of times for fish food, but regardless of how much you are spending, the owners are very friendly people, they make you very welcome. The fish are in beautiful condition. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would recommend to anyone to buy from Elite Koi. Super friendly the quality of the koi is outstanding, we were due our koi to be delivered but due to a leak in our pond and it taking a little longer to fix then we anticipated twice I had to ask them push back on delivery. They couldn’t have been more helpful happily holding on till we were ready.
I know if I had any worries or questions on anything to do with koi or the pond I could ring and they would advise us on it happily and give the right info.
So glad I found Elite Koi wouldn’t dream of looking anywhere else now.

I visited elite koi and all the staff a brilliant. Cris Tracy and Declan always make you welcome and as for the koi they are such great quality and the knowledge that they have and are more than happy to help in anyway they can is amazing. There’s no rush for you to get what you want. The kettle is on and a warm welcome weather your buying or not.

Excellent company to deal with

Chris, Tracey and Dec are experts in their field and they are very supportive when you need to know anything related to Koi and ponds. They have a fantastic selection of koi from the best breeders in Japan and have a well stocked shop for everything koi related.
One of th3 best things about this team is nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very welcoming and honest people who just love everything koi.
If you haven’t visited them you really are missing a treat👍
