Esto es una Estafa. Hice un pedido que nunca llego y luego de 7 dias me aparece una compra por 45 dolares la cual yo no realice. Les he enviado varios correos y no responden. Coloque el reclamo en el banco por compra no realizada. Evitense toda esta perdida de tiempo, son unos estafadores. No caigan en esto.

I didnt received the first order product yet, they already charge the sencond time $44.99 that I didn't sign up for continue to buy. They will hard sell their product and grab momey from your account. Try to email to them, the mail won't delivery and returned.
This Eloribeauty is a scam website. Should report them.

The first products I bought got delivered but they have been taking money from my account for no absolute reason. Trying to stop that isn’t working. No one has even responded to the multiple emails that I sent. Be warned. They are scammers

They charge me $44.96 for products that I did not requested. I wrote to them many times with no answer. I am waiting for the response and return of the money. I try to cancel more than 6 times with no answer. Order 58139.

I’m singing the same song as everyone else..they took money out of my account before initial order had even left from wherever it was coming from..paid for a 200mil bottle got a 100mil one, then they helped themselves to $67 3 days later..lowlife scammers!!!

Horrible. Same thing happened to me as everyone else. How the hell is this legal? So anyone can just make a scam website and double charge people with no repercussions???!! I want my money back ffs

Very bad review no responding and havnt received the parcel yet also taking my money from account in the name of subscription.

This company took additional $44.99 out of my account, and what I ordered was only $24.99 I think this company is a scam, please be careful with this company and they won't reply back to you. So I'm going to report them to the better business bureau

Be warned about payments being taken. We haven’t had any delivered as yet but also got stung by the extra payment.
I’ve cancelled it now, by going on the website and going to profile and taking your card details off. I will dispute it with the bank but not hopeful.
I have emailed the company I doubt I will get a response.
It’s the 4th box down that gets us, it’s a tick box.

These people are Rats of society I can’t believe this day and age these things are not dealt with and closed down. Does anyone have the address of these rats ?
They have taken an unauthorised payment from my account twice I have now had them blocked.
UPDATE they have now blocked my emails there has to be an account or details of these rats that someone has. Please send them to me.
Another update as I have said above they have blocked my incoming emails to them but have sent offers from them on another email address which is info @ eloriabeauty.shop
They are scamming Rats do not buy from them.

Clearly another AI generated advert selling miracle hair restoring shampoo… oh and if you don’t get results they’ll give you $20,000… give me a break!! That should have been the first clue. It’s frustrating that so many people fall for this BS, but even more astonishing that all the social media platforms allow this on their sites !!
It’s quite incredible. I can only advise anyone that if something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.
Always check trustpilot for reviews before buying anything from social media ads…it will save you a fortune.
I’m sorry for all those that got scammed. Hopefully once bitten…

I purchased an Organic Rosemary Hair Growth Shampoo from Eloria Beauty after seeing their advertisement on YouTube. The order was placed on 25 November 2025 (Order #v29850) and I paid £12.11 in total.

The only communication I ever received was an automated email on the same day saying “Thank you for your purchase” and that my order was being prepared for shipping. That was the last and only contact.

As of January 2026 — almost two months later:

The product never arrived

I received no shipping confirmation

I received no tracking details

I received no explanation or response from the seller

When I attempted to track the delivery, the tracking page no longer worked and all delivery information had disappeared. I then tried to contact the company through their website, only to find that the website no longer exists. There is no customer service, no contact details, and no online presence anymore.

This behaviour is extremely worrying. Money was taken, the product was never delivered, and the seller has effectively vanished without any communication.

I am still waiting for a full refund, but there is currently no way to contact this company.

Strong warning to other consumers: do not purchase from Eloria Beauty. Based on my experience, this appears to be an unreliable and potentially fraudulent operation promoted through online advertising.

This company is a scam, sucking people dry of their money. They need to be shut down! Omg! I paid over $60 Australian dollars to buy their shampoo! No way! Disgusting fraudulent firm!

This is a scam. I bought a foundation for $14.99 that I never received, and they have made several unauthorized automatic charges totaling almost $115. I made the only payment through Cash App and haven't been able to dispute it. This company is a scam and uses several names, including Sp Eloria Beauty.

Unfortunately trust pilot does not allow zero stars. I purchased shampoo from this site early December 2025 which I received. It was not a good product. However I have now been in touch with my bank who informed me that this company has taken payments of over £167.00. I have tried to contact the company but without success. This is a scam please do not purchase from this company.
