They are an absolute con. I bought the shampoo and didn’t even get it one week later the start taking a weekly subscription. I called the bank who warned me this is fraudulent please be so careful I don’t want you to go through what I’m going through

If I could give this company a minus I would worst ever to deal with do not listen to anything. I cannot get my money back excuses excuses all the time my bank is now investigating do not trust Eloria Beauty

This Eloriabeauty put a subscription on my account without my authorisation, this is definitely a scam, I don't know why YouTube advertising this company as genuine, when they have been told by me its a scam. Something need to be done to remove Eloriabeauty from all advertising.

Do not shop here. They won’t answer their form I filled out. Their phone number is not working. I have waited over 2 weeks for my shampoo. Horrible company

I haven't received the first item and they already charge for a membership I didn't know I had. Anyway I'm trying to cancel and it's impossible the website just says there is a problem loading this page and there is no number to call it's a nightmare. Si frustrating!!! You people suck!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I purchased 2 bottles for the price of one & not even a week later they took money out of my account & when I asked for a refund they replied saying I pressed some subscription button (there's NO subscription button) & I won't get a refund. I curse this company destitute & may anyone involved let Karna hit them hard. I wish I could give this zero stars.

I ordered a shampoo for 14.99 , i never subscribed to anything. I happened to look at my account and got charged 44.00 for a secong bottle which i still have t received my first one .

I have been seeing the “Eloriabeauty.co, Eloriabeauty.com, and Eloriabeauty.so” on my YouTube channel coming up for months. Having ordered several different brands of hair loss shampoo, conditioner, oils, and sprays, I always first check out the legitimacy of the company to see if it has good TrustPilot scores, or Reddit reviews.
For the longest time, I found no reviews whatsoever, which is a really bad sign, telling me this Scam of a Company was too new to have any reviews posted yet🤨
Now I find the majority of reviews are of people who have gotten ripped off or received a mock item. The 5-star reviews that the Company posts itself as you will always notice are posted in March, and May🤥
It is clearly by the scammers themselves hoping they can pull up their rating, and con naive consumers into sending their credit card information, and orders they will never receive, and like multiple people be rebilled to a subscription they didn't sign up to😤
If you are looking for a good shampoo and conditioner for growth try Niscim FAST., They also have a shampoo and conditioner for hair loss New Hair Biofactors. My go-to spray for hair loss that I back 100% and they stand behind their products is ZEPHTA for hair loss I have been sent replacement orders from this company who sell in CDN, and AMD. They have a lot of product specials.
I don't get any benefits for posting this review but I have been ripped off many times throughout my life, and If I can share good products with people, and save them from losing money to scammers I feel I am helping people who want what they are paying for.

I ordered from Eloria Beauty on the 17 Nov, know it also the end of the month and I haven't received anything from them, they website is down, I received no reply related to my email. ITS DEFINITELY A FALSE OR SPAM BUSINESS TO GET PEOPLE MONEY BY OFFER PRODUCTS THE DON'T EXIST.

I just received my order 30 Nov 2025, which was a very small bottle of shampoo, which doesn't look like the size what was advertised.

this is NOT a real email address these are out and out frauds. DO not use this site as you will get robbed.

Avoid this website! I bought 1 bottle (yet to receive it) , and they charged me again for a 2nd bottle 1 week later for 70$!
This is a scam! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this site, they sneak in a subscription model which you have no control over it. You can never un-do the subscription.

Finally found something that works for my skin. Been using little over two weeks and seeing results!

Scam. Received order today, completely different brand and just looks cheap. Found what I received on Amazon for £11.99 and I paid £29.95. I've emailed and demanded a refund. Shocking
Update...received email saying they "rebranded" I don't believe a word of it. Where do they advise of that on their website?

I finally received the item. It was clearly a rip off of another brand. The label is poorly printed and has the name Zeria on it not Elori. When I reached out the request a refund. They tried to say the had changed the brand name and this was left over stock. Clearly a lie and still a violation of trading standards. When I asked for a return label they told me it would cost $45 to send it to Bedford. Absolute SCAM site.

Day 10 of waiting for my order and still no sign of it. When you pay for postage that says 3-5 days you expect it within that timescale. I wouldn’t purchase from here again

Placed an order £60 worth of stuff.
Never received order confirmation.
Tried to contact - no answer.
I believe it to be a scam - don’t do it
