Total scam! They take out money but never provide a product!

This a total scam! I ordered the shampoo they have taken out five payments I didn’t order a subscription. Called my bank I won’t be getting a refund because I used my debit card. I had to cancel my debit card and getting a new one. Never order something off facebook!

This company in my opinion is a scam. I ordered a product for 29.99, and it not only took $44.99 out of my account but it auto scheduled every week. They operate under several different names and keep your credit card on all of them. I sent 10 emails to customer service and they just kept sending me an email back that says enter your email, then they sign you up again. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and The Better Business Bureau

Eloria Beauty is a chronic obnoxious scammer. They have taken money from my account FOUR TIMES for a simple one order I placed on the 10th of December 2025.

They are pretending placing orders and I have not received any order up till today.

Don’t buy anything online from them. They are scammers.

I saw buy 4 for a low price and, I bought the 4 at a extremely low price. Now, Shop shows 1 purchase per freaking week?!!!! I have been emailing with them. I made an account just to see if I could cancel or, change the purchase and delivery for every 2 months. This scam business is charging me $44.99 per 1 bottle of Rosemary shampoo and, I'M EXTREMELY PISSED OFF 🤬. I'VE EMAILED THE BUSINESS SEVERAL TIMES FOR A RETURN OF MY EVERY WEEK SUBSCRIPTION AND, I DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE ANYTHING. IT ONLY SHOWS ME THE WEEKLY CHARGES AND, I'M GOING TO CANCEL MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT CARD TO STOP THIS MADNESS. I just never agreed to 1 bottle per week at the ridiculous subscription charges.
Pay attention people, there's Eloria Beauty and Eloria. Eloria Beauty is real, Elorea is a scam and, I'm still getting nowhere to my money being returned. I can't call in my business card because, I have too many other transactions to support. If anyone has any ideas on helping me, please do.

I agree with everything that others have written in the reviews. The same thing happened to me. They periodically started charging me for orders that I didn't complete. $44 for one shampoo that is $4 on TEMU. I have recived the package. Disaponted. But when you warn them, they are unresponsive. It is also impossible to cancel orders on their site. Because it doesn't work...it always reports an error.
Today I finally managed to delete my data from the Eloria website..
For anyone in the same situation as me.. go to your profile on the website. Where your card is added, long press on it. A pop-up window will open with the option to delete the card. That's how I did it..

How is this place even legal? I order shampoo never got it and there trying to take $44 out of my bank account and I never got my shampoo like so many ppl have this problem close this place down SCAMMERS SMH

Plz don't buy scammers hit my account up for a subscription. Datttt I did not ask for, or to take money out my account. My account ova drawn but something gots to be done about this.

Tracking said was delivered on Dec 11. Never came..
Emailed numerous times with no help..
If you see a product online..
Amazon probably has it cheaper and guaranteed delivery.

Scam, do not order from this so called company. They charged my card for an order I have not received. Yet I sent them 2 emails to track my order. Haven’t received the first order and they already tried charging my cc another $47.00 dollars. Luckily I had locked my card.

They have taken 80 dollars out of my debit card for apsplut no reson. Big scammers!!!

Early Dec I purchased the Shampoo for 9.99 which came to about 14 bucks with shipping. Almost a week later.. A charge for 44 dollars attempted to charge my debit card . DECLINED! Luckily I didn’t have enough money in that Account.. I found out how to remove my debit card from their account.. Yes they save your Method of payment !! For the Subscription! I never received the Shampoo or my Refund of 14 for the purchase. I had a feeling !! They are eloriabeauty.co Should Be Reported To BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!

Absolutely 💯 scams!All the other reviews are true. The same thing happen to me and my mum.She saw the shampoo advertised, I ordered it,not knowing it comes with a weekly hidden subscription!!!
I did not even received the original order and they already charged my bank another £35 for another tiny little bottle of so called hair growth shampoo!
You can't cancel the subscription, is impossible, but I communicated with them through emails and they cancelled the subscription by themselves.
Please be advised and stay away from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM. I bought one bottle only 14.00 and in Canada it was $21.00 and one week later I get a charge for $63.00 canadian saying I signed up for a subscription, NO I DID NOT. I had to change my visa card or they will keep billing, I emailed them 5 times still have not heard anything back from them or probably will not or they will not give me a refund back. The real Eloria company is on Eloriaofficial.com not eloria beauty. do not buy from this scam I do not believe they are in the United States .

These people are scammers you think you order 1 product and they then take more money in a hidden subscription. do not buy from them at any cost they make it almost impossible to cancel.

I ordered 3 bottles of shampoo which never came but another charge for the same amount was charged on my CC a week later. Supposedly I signed up for a WEEKLY subscription. Laughable. I called my bank to report the scam and I also sent the scam company an email. There is no way to change the subscription or cancel it on the site.

Your company is a scam. You have taken payment from my account TWICE. I have asked for a refund today and from what I have read from other reviews there is no chance of a refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I ordered magnetic eyelashes weeks ago. Today I got a phone call from the fraud provension line at my bank. They tried getting a $100 from my account . The bank stopped it. The address says Seattle. The billing from the bank was Eloria in AUSTRALIA!!!!. SCAMMERS!! My bank was on the ball. I should have read the reviews.

Don't ever buy from Eloria beauty .they are scam .they charge me 3 times on my card in December and have not send me product even one time. I have try to contact them several times by email and no answer Don't go on their advisement that is all lie.their product easily available on temo app
